Henry Blooms Raspberry Leaf 2000 is a herbal medicine traditionally used in western herbal medicine during the last trimester of pregnancy to help prepare the body for labour. It is formulated with Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) leaf and is suitable for women who are pregnant. The product is also suitable for vegans and vegetarians. It can be used to relieve diarrhoea, as an astringent to tighten tissues, and to maintain general wellbeing. Adults should take two to three capsules twice daily with meals, or as directed by their health professional. It is not recommended for use during the first or second trimester of pregnancy. If symptoms persist, consult a healthcare practitioner. It is also recommended to advise a doctor of any medicine taken during pregnancy, particularly in the first trimester. If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children aged 3 to 6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice.
