Very easy to take, spray bottle makes it easy to administer. Very tangy taste which can be a surprise at first.
This is the only Cyanocobalamin B12 that I have found that is sublingual, which is the best form and provides the best absorbency.But it comes with a bright red color, and I don't like the intense taste.I wish they would make it taste less strong and would get rid of the color.Otherwise great product, and Australian made too!
I love this product. Only B12 supplement I can tolerate. Tablets make me feel terrible but absolutely no side effects with this spray. I couldn't believe the increase in my B12 levels at my follow up blood test. Alot more effective then a series of B12 injections.
Taste is poor but the spray is just awful. It spreads liquid all around on your hands, clothes, table. All tube is covered in it. Who tester it before manufacturing?
The directions say to put 2 sprays under the tongue. The problem is the spray nozzle just leak’s & runs so very hard to get it under the tongue as it directs. The result is wasting a lot of it. Not sure if I just got a dud or whether it’s a problem with all of the nozzles.
First time trying this cheaper brand, found residues inside the liquid, changed to a different spray bottle, unsure of effectiveness until i go for next blood test.

Taking Vit B12 with a quick spray is so easy. I prefer it to taking more pills.... Taking it gives me that extra boost of energy and I really notice if I miss it from my routine.
