I love ALA, after an injury to my foot last year CRPS which had been dormant for a few years flared up with a vengeance. Taking ALA has reduced the nerve pain considerably, I can walk & function.Have to see this has been a total game changer for me.

Certainly helps with dry mouth
It works very well for me.It helps with my neuropathy condition due to taking oxaliplatin (cancer drug) and gives me heaps of energy everyday.I take it everyday and i can do several chores each day.I hardly get sick now.I would recommend this to anyone to give it a try.
A good quality supplement, but for some reason the capsules are a bit hard to swallow. Whatever they are coated in tend to cause them to stick in my mouth rather than go down my throat easily. It often takes me a couple of attempts to swallow each one.

I am taking ALA for peripheral neuropathy in my feet and legs after my GP suggested I try them. They are working a treat and I am hoping to be able to start cutting back on more invasive prescription drugs I am taking.
