Herbs of Gold are always of high quality. The Magnesium Forte is excellent.
I find that if I take one tablet half an hour before bed it helps me fall asleep. I take it in combination with 2 other medications namely Melatonin 10mg and SAMe 400mg both of which come from a compounding Chemist.

Long time migraine sufferer and cramper. I havent had a single migraine or cramp in the 2 months Ive been taking this.
These tablets are longish, but easy for me to swallow due to the smooth coating. Are helping with my restless legs, will buy again.
