Easy to swollow and no bad after taste or bad sick feelings after taking these. Not too strong and not too weak. A perfect ammountnand easily consumable with no foul taste

I have used this product one every second/third day to maintain my ferriten levels for around two years now.For me there are absolutely no side effects to this formulation such as gastrointestinal pain or constipation which I experienced with other forms of iron the doctor prescribed me.My Naturopath suggested iron glycinate such as in this form, which built me up when I was low and now I use it to maintain my iron levels. I have more energy now at 51 years than when I was a lot younger and suffering with low iron.Love this formula.
