The Tyrosine gave me an overall feeling of well-being. I felt more alive and energetic without feeling wired like caffeine’s effects on your nervous system. The challenge with the Tyrosine was I was unable to sleep at all when I took the recommended dose of 1 morning and 1 evening pill. I tried taking only 1 pill per day and was able to sleep a little bit at night. So lastly I tried half a pill in the morning but my sleep was still interrupted. I will only use them if I need to stay awake overnight for a late night party, or if I need a No-doze type of pill.
A good formula except not enough iodine (kelp) This must be taken also to properly support under active thyroid.
Fin ally received these via Aust Post today. Have not used this product before but will have to source a much larger quantity ongoing
