I found the Herbs of Gold Vitamin D3 which is suitable for vegans to be good for all the things claimed on the label. I have only used the Vitamin D recently because whenever I asked about the source of the Vitamin D I was told it is made from fish oil, and as I follow a vegetarian diet I preferred to not use it. Now I am very happy to say that the vegan quality is perfect for me, and I feel much stronger since I have been taking them daily.
