Great game. we had 5 people playing it and it was great. Fast to learn and easy to understand. As the rule reader and game teacher I had no issues with explaining everything after reading the rules. Fast games play and great design on the graphics. Well worth a look

I love it! Great card game with great mechanics from the makers of Unstable Unicorns! Fantastically fun with friend and family! I can't wait until Target sells the rest of the expansions & extra accessories that could go with the base game! Definitely a must buy!

Or family likes Unstable Unicorns, so we were very pleased to discover that Here to Slay kept the elements that make Unstable Unicorns a favorite: Smooth, quick play, a good selection of cards, and the mischievous art which nevertheless conveys the "theme" of the card. Here, gameplay is both smoother and more varied, due to the increased uncertainty from the new dice roll mechanic. We also like the modifier cards, which can mitigate some of that uncertainty. At the same time, it does tend to get a bit bogged down, especially with more cards on the table, and with everyone able to play multiple modifier cards. Especially at key moments in the mid- and late-game, we found some actions taking too long to resolve. Despite that shortcoming, this is a solid and worthy ... MoreOr family likes Unstable Unicorns, so we were very pleased to discover that Here to Slay kept the elements that make Unstable Unicorns a favorite: Smooth, quick play, a good selection of cards, and the mischievous art which nevertheless conveys the "theme" of the card. Super fun and can be played with 2 players. Just make sure to shuffle all 5 decks or it won't be balanced. Otherwise its an amazing game and ill always recommend it during game night.
My 10 year old nephew is crazy for this game. He uses emoji characters from the game. He is excited to play with the family.
This is best game I own now. You create a team to take down monsters and hinder your foes from winning. I love this game. A lot of rules and confusing at first, but an easy game to learn and play. Will buy expansion at next opportunity!!!
New favorite. Minutes to learn, hours of fun. Each game lasts about 30 minutes and is packed with strategy and chance which helps to make this game a winner at our house. Though I have yet to win, I am hooked. The variety of options and outcomes and the ability to play different roles and play to help or sabotage your fellow game players makes it fun and challenging. Add to that the low price, and this is a total win for the whole family. My friends are all playing now too.
Really enjoyed the team building in this game and its much more enjoyable with more players. That being said, your party can quickly grow and don't feel as important the more you have, because of this we have a house rule of a maximum of 6 members in your party to which if you want a new party member you must swap out and discard an active member of your party, this makes your part feel much more important and adds some tactical decision making to the game.
This multiplayer all inclusive card game has simple rules, but with strategy. Our kids, 7, 11, 12 picked it up quickly and have been excited to play. The artwork is engaging and the enemies are fierce. This game has players competing to either defeat 3 monsters, OR build a team of heroes from all 6 groups! You can challenge competitors, but the goal is not to destroy each other but to conquer your foes. We played each round in about thirty mins. This game is fun and challenging but not so drawn out and tedious… it’s kinda like a simple version of the larger strategy games. We vote “Yes” for this game!
