They are good. I got them after finding out theyre the ones used at crown towers, however upon purchase and I think they are different to the ones used at the Crown.

A little bit disappointed, not too bad, but the pillow is easy to be flat and not supportive, not worth that much money. If you want a firm pillow, don’t pick this one
I tried this brand when staying at a 5 star hotel in Perth and fell in love with the pillow and decided I needed one at home. So glad I brought it, so comfy and I actually feel like I have less aches in my neck and back from using it even though this isn't the reason I brought, just an added bonus.
So happy I purchased this now it's my new best friend.
