This pillow is by far the best I’ve had yet, but not quite as high a profile as I’d like. I was expecting a higher profile as it described “like sleeping on a cloud”, but to me there’s not enough cushion around the core for that to be true. Still, a far better pillow than any other I’ve used and honestly would buy again.

I slept at crown Melbourne and saw that they used this particular brand of pillows. I ordered some for home for all of the beds, king pillows for my king bed and standard for the kids beds, everyone loves them.
Bought from Joondalup a month ago after using almost the same pillow(brand, size and fill) at a very new luxury hotel in Perth! Best sleep I have ever had. Soft but very supportive, I have a bad back and neck issues. Amazing. Highly recommend!

Bought this pillow few months ago. I am not regretted at all. It just perfect for my needed. Very soft yet not too soft. The pillow will follow the shape of my neck n head perfectly without losing the comfortableness. It just great.
I suffer badly with allergies and have yet to find a pillow that was comfortable enough and not set my allergies off. That is until I tried this one, feels like down but with the itchy nose and puffy eyes, I have now purchased a few more.
I've been buying these pillows since I discovered them at DJ's ten years ago - I love the downy feel and medium height which is great for both sleeping on the back and on the side. These new ones seem to be a bit lower height then previously purchased, but still very comfortable.
Pretty firm to start, but softening now.Expected it to be softer as it has down feathers.
