I’ve always woke up with bleeding mouth. I always brush my teeth and take a good care of them, but this problem never stopped. I’ve had this problem since I was 17 (I’m 30 now). Until a while ago when I found a tiktok of a woman saying that not a single thing stopped her bad breath until she tried diluted hydrogen peroxide. For some reason I got it stuck in my mind and wanted to give it a go. And lo and behold, IT DID WORK !! I don’t know what cause the bleeding but this stopped it !! I brush my teeth, floss and then wash my mouth with this wash. I’m beyond happy with the result. I WISH THAT WOMAN A HAPPY LIFE !!I’ve been using it for couple of days now so I don’t know how effective it is in removing coffee stains or whitening teeth.

My front teeth are pretty yellow and have some stains on them. I couldn't get them to look clean and white no matter how much I brush them with common toothpastes. I swished a little bit of this product for like 5 minutes and brushed my teeth for a few minutes while it's still in my mouth, and I immediately noticed notable results from the first usage. 50% of the stains were gone.However, I lost my sense of taste for more than 24 hours. I only was able to taste things at the back of my tongue. That said, I wouldn't recommend swishing it to clean and whiten the teeth, but instead use a mouth tray and place the hydrogen peroxide in it. That seems to be the best way to go about it. Because of the horrible flavour I will not repurchase it- there is another hydrogen peroxide mouthwash with a shorter ingredient list which visibly whitens teeth over time (with a pink label) and I like it so much better! This one made my teeth quite sensitive and even caused gagging often. I wouldn't say it's gentle- very strong,weird taste and that throws off. Composition is kind of ok, but too much essential oil blends+peroxide just does not go together tastewise.
