My new favourite all season fragrance! It opens quite green and as the rhubarb becomes prominent it develops into an incredibly classy, uniquely soothing scent. Versatile enough that I find it simple and clean enough to wear at home but also sophisticated and elegant if I'm going out. This fragrance is comforting in the winter but still bright and fresh enough for warmer months. Although it is a cologne I find that it has decent longevity, I personally do not like scents that are overpowering. This also lasts for days when sprayed on clothes, I love spritzing this on a cozy wool scarf, so luxurious! I own many fragrances and out of all of them I love this one dearly.

This is a go to fragrance of mine and can’t beat the price point on 6.7oz bottle for $180. This cologne does wear off after about 5-6 hours. It smells like rhubarb, is a little sweet but not over the top, and has a great musk in primary and secondary notes. It’s fresh it’s delicate and there is nothing like it, that I have found. I highly recommend this fragrance!

Hermes Rhubarbe Ecarlate Perfume

Very nice fruity fragrance. Not particularly long lasting. One disappointing factor - the vaporizer tends to spray a rather big splash of perfume which immediately drips down your neck. Maybe it's just my bottle but, for the price, I hoped for this not to happen.

Juicy Pink Guava

Such a good fragrance. I smelled it on store and now I’m want to add it to my collection.It smells like fresh juicy pink guava. If u ever smelled ripe juicy pink guava it’s exactly that and nothing else. Honestly I don’t smell any other notes but I love that guava smell, it’s very real and not artificial. I came across this fragrance from Heart Evangelista’s perfume video collection. Such a good scent. It’s unisex my brother love it as well.

Lovely ‘dark’ berry scent

Like others I was surprised to see this listed as a men’s fragrance. I always thought this line of perfumes as unisex; with this being the more ‘feminine’ than others.Don't really smell the rhubarb, but the red berries is pretty strong.Kind of like pomogrant or red currant. It’s a dark kind of a fruit. Not dark as in overpowering though, just not your typical fresh and bright fruit/citrus.Honestly, it sort of reminds me of a more sophisticated version of the Bath and body works lotion in midnight pomegranate.This is one of the few designer/expensive perfumes I found that smells like straight up fruit that’s not citrusy or mixed with other scent families. So if you love berry/fruity scents, I would give this a whiff.This is perfect to wear in the fall/winter time.

One of My Everyday Fragrances!

I started using this EDC a few years ago, after seeing a YouTube review. It’s a fragrance that I keep around all the time because it’s absolutely perfect for summer and spring- with its tart, crisp, refreshing scent. However, I find that it’s also suitable for fall and winter, because I feel that it easily transforms into crisp and fresh rhubarb and berry, reminiscent of apple picking, cool air, crunchy leaves, and warm desserts. To me, there isnt much sweetness at all, which is perfect when you want a fruit smell without a sugary or syrupy note. It’s tart for sure, but never sour. I think of my grandmothers strawberry rhubarb pies she used to make in the summer when I wear this stunning fragrance, and I also get many compliments!

Rhubarb Ecarlate Eau de cologne

Rhubarb at it's finest! Super yummy and fresh... Layered depth... maybe the musk...I can't get enough of this scent..Hermes does not disappoint. Blends well with their Un Jardin Sur Le Nil...I notice hugs seem to linger a bit longer...

Rhubarbe Bliss

Hermes does it again. This is a beautiful and elegant scent that is sweet but also tart. It does have an organic, berry smell to it. I could see how it would be labeled a masculine scent due to its undertones but I do think it is unisex. Women can definitely wear this cologne. The staying power is a little weak as mentioned by other people but I frankly don't care because the scent is that good. Would've bought the bigger bottle if it wasn't sold out. An experience you can't forgo.

Wonderfully unique, crisp Autumn fragrance

What a unique and wonderful fragrance! I never would’ve guessed rhubarb would make such an enchanting sensual note. It is charmingly crisp, tart, and fresh, with a romantic - but not flirty - appeal. I think it makes a particularly beautiful Autumn fragrance, as its refreshing, green, earthy scent with a true hint of real rhubarb calls to mind the happy harvest season. I love its creative and effervescent take on a unisex fragrance. Truly, I think it could be worn by men and women alike.The drydown stays true-to-fragrance, at least with my body chemistry. It’s not a very strong, overwhelming scent, but it’s not so understated as to be undetectable by those around you. I do wish it had a little bit longer staying power; however, layering with the scented soap and body

I don't get the exact smell of a freshly cracked stalk of rhubarb, but rather the cool impressionistic idea of it. The "Écarlate" (scarlet) in the title is perfect. This is red as coolness. A brilliant sunset in the first evenings of spring, where a chill still clutches at the air, but one optimistically remains outdoors to enjoy the twilight.Rhubarb Écarlate would be equally at home in the Hermessence line.
