These are the thinnest hydrocolloid patches I have ever tried so far. They are really hard to see and you need to be really close up to be able to tell I'm wearing one. Great size package, a recyclable cardboard box with 39 patches of 2 sizes. 24 x 12mm patches and 15 x 10mm patches. Clear instructions on the back of the packet. Experience: I had a really sore and red spot appear above my top lip just inside my nose which hurt every time I moved my nose. I put one of the larger patches on the spot after cleansing my skin and left it there all day. It wasn’t completely invisible, it looked like I had a piece of sellotape stuck to my face. When I removed the patch 8 hours later I was pleased to see the spot was no longer red and sore and was virtually invisible. The actual spot was still there and took 48 hours to heal, but it was no longer visible or sore. I would use these patches again the next time a red spot appears.

I received this product for free from Influenster for my honest opinion, I did really like this product, it really is invisible when applied to the face, and sit great under makeup. I used them one night as I’d had a hormonal acne breakout, and placed 4 stickers on the biggest spots. I left them on overnight and removed them in the morning. The spots had reduced somewhat but were still visible, so needed another nights treatment. After removing them the 2nd time, the spots had fully dried up, however, I’ve used other blemish patches before and they have only needed to be applied once to get the same results as 2 treatments with these. They do work, but would be much better if one treatment worked as they would then last so much longer and have better value for money.

I absolutely love Hero Cosmetic's Mighty Patch™ Invisible+ patches! They can make acne, blackheads, and whiteheads disappear within hours, simply by sticking on a Mighty Patch. I love using them overnight and waking up acne-free. I especially love that these Invisible+ patches can also be worn during the day since they are ultra-thin and are barely noticable. They contain hydrocolloid, which dissolves oil, bacteria, etc from pores, and they help it absorb while also protecting the area from further germs or bacteria, as well as helping to resist the temptation to pick at the area. I also appreciate that each box contains multiple sizes of patches, and I especially love what a great value they are! I highly recommend these!

When you look at a box of pimple patches there isn’t much to expect. It’s a straightforward product that works amazingly for me and my skin. Anytime I have a pimple I immediately slap on one of these patches, and soon after that pimple disappears. It also helps me conceal those giant dots that are scattered about my face. The concealment and protection of these pimples are definite positives for this product. I also haven’t seen any issues in terms of what is chemically in the patch that could ever affect me in the long term negatively and that is also a big plus in my book. My skin reacts badly to salicylic acid and while benzoyl peroxide doesn’t irritate my skin the way salicylic acid does, it doesn’t really help either. So that rules out most spot treatment options. So I was very skeptical about whether these would do anything bc honestly in my experience most acne treatments do literally nothing or worse. The first time I tried these they did not work, but that was user error, I put the patch on after my nightly skincare and that made the patch not adhere well enough to pull anything out. I kinda forgot about them until recently when I had one of those extremely painful zits that take forever to surface. Normally my holy grail acne product is pure lavender oil (the Now brand essential oil is what works, used sparingly) bc it forces the puss to the surface quickly but it doesn’t work well on the volcano zits that take their painful time to come up. I remembered I had these and decided to give them a shot. I WAS SHOCKED at the results. It brought so much up to the surface so quickly! In combo with the lavender oil a zit that normally would take a week to heal was decimated in a little over a day! I’ve been using them since and they are great. I also gave them to my dad to use on a really bad cluster and they worked great for him too (he also has very sensitive skin). The invisible ones are truly invisible, those are the ones I bought a full box of. I’m so glad I tried these, 10 out 10 would recommend especially if you have sensitive skin!
