I researched these quite a bit, %26 decided this brand was the most promising. However, they barely pulled anything from my skin. I do have some blackheads %26 had hoped these would work at least as well as regular pore strips, but no luck. I did however end up with quite a bit of swelling, irritation, and redness the next morning. I wore them overnight for just over 7 hours. I suspect I just have a sensitivity to the adhesive used in the product. But I'm quite dissapointed that they didn't do anything to help with the blackheads.

Some people online claim it leaves you looking poreless. That's not really my experience. I don't think the difference is that drastic. Maybe it's different if people have really visible and clogged pores. I haven't noticed any drastic changes. It's a bit pricey for 10 patches in a package. The size covers the nose well but it would be better if it could cover the t-zone around the nose for greater benefit, since t-zone pores are often also on the large side.
After reading the reviews, I expected more from these nose patches. That said, I probably should use them more frequently to judge them properly (I've used them 3 times). So far, they are quite fiddly to apply (the backing does not come off so easily) and the patch doesn't sit flush or adhere well to the sides of my nose, so a bit of an air bubble is created in the corners which means the product doesn't really touch that area. My nose does feel a bit "smoother" after usage, but I am still left with quite a lot of blackheads/sebaceous filaments...
