I got my 13 piece set for Christmas. I cook everyday. These are the most incredible pans I have ever cooked with in my life! Pasta doesn’t boil over, cheese doesn’t stick to it, eggs flip with ease! It’s like cooking with a cast-iron pan but non-stick at the same time! Used the wok the other day and had an incredible meal! I just can’t say enough good about them. I feel just like I did when I was working back in the restaurant again! Oh and I also got the HC knives! WOW! AMAZING!! Just love them!

So I got this gift for my mom for Christmas with two other pans, and by far this pan is huge. It is perfect for making turkey for like Thanksgiving or whatever kind of roast for Christmas we used it to roast beef sirloin. That beef came out so juicy fat rendered crispy on the sides it cooked evenly. The only problem that we had was the fact that we needed two of them in that pan just to take up the space but it came out perfect and I’m happy my mom loves Gordon Ramsay and that’s the only reason why i bought these pans.

This is the greatest pan, but it needs a lid. I had to use a XL jelly roll pan to cover it. I have made fried potatoes several times, corned beef and cabbage, and bacon in it. I ordered this pan to replace a 2-burner griddle because of the high sides. Now when I flip/stir potatoes they don't fall off the edges of the pan and the bacon grease doesn't splatter all over the stove. Nothing sticks to the pan making clean up easy.Please ask your development team to make a lid for it.
I am a little anal (the joys of being an engineer with OCD) - so while I am giving the product 3 stars - if you just want an easy to clean pan, this gets 5 stars in that aspect. Cleaning up after cooking our Thanksgiving turkey was very simple. My gripes lie in the finish on the pan - there are areas that look like their laser process (or however it is produced) wasn't quite right so some of the non stick portion is gone and your eye catches it. The rack that it comes with was chipped by the time we opened the packaging (which isn't great...) on all 4 of the feet for lack of a better word. By the time our turkey was done that chipping was worse - seems the powder coating process needs some more roughing up on the surface or something to have it be a better bond. This pan is great! I actually purchased another high end pan for my Thanksgiving Turkey and then checked to see if Hexclad made these pans. Returned the other one and ordered this one. To no disappoint. It is rather heavy but sturdy and quality. The material of the various Hexclad cookware I have orders is top notch. I can truly say I absolutely love each piece. Worked well and very easy to clean. All praises to be honest with no complaints
This pan is awesome. Its great for cooking on holidays or parties like roasts and turkeys. It comes with the pan and then a cooling rack as well. It is a durable, sturdy pan as well. Holds up nicely and can hold alot. The only complaint i really have is i wish it came with a lid to it.
Honestly, I am completely sold on these pans. When I got married we bought all cast iron cookware for their durability, but they are so dang heavy. Picturing myself at 80, still trying to cook out of them was sad to say the least. Hexclad pans gives me the best of the cast iron cooking but with the lightness of stainless steel. I absolutely love them. Will be buying more for sure.
This HexClad Roasting Pan is now going to be the most used pan in my kitchen! Very sharp look, and more importantly, it provides even cooking surface all around and is great to be able to use for either induction or stove cooking, easy clean-up, and best of all I have no worries about any of the bottom of the pan chipping or have any seep into my foods. Packaging was wonderful, and very nice that it comes in a bag to store it in as well. Very thorough instructions, and I was extremely surprised to find out that even with the necessary seasoning and re-seasoning, it is dishwasher safe (I may try that down the road, but for now I'm content with handwashing this to ensure longest life possible).
This is a phenomenal pan! It roast foods evenly and cleans up with ease. I made my first prime rib and I bought an expensive cut so I needed a great pan. Came out perfect.I am so happy that I purchased it. Can’t wait to cook more with it. I will have it for years.
