As far as my experience with DAPs goes this is the best one I have heard till date. The intimate, warm and natural sound output is a breeze whatever you are using, an IEM or a HP. Pretty powerfull for its size.Thanks to The Audio Store for bringing this. Very prompt delivery and excellent service.

My experience is awesome, excellent music player- easy to stream music online and sound quality is mind blowing which is enhence my music experience as i expect. I recommend all music lovers to have this DAP.

Love the sound, very unique listenable, just want to listen and get lost in the music. Now it is my favourite player, right up there with R8. However, doing firmware updates was PITA as failures of 12 to 15 times versus 4 successes was not fun for 2 days.The no network error over wifi needs a fix! Long story short, has a compelling sound that is very engaging.
I’ve owned quite a bit of different DAP’s and this one sounds superb for its price point and it can function as so much more too. Being a good android Os it’s capable of many other apps. So I find myself using this more than other DAP’s costing significantly more! As many other higher end daps have horrific OS software.
After having the iBasso DX300 + Amp11mk2 for over 8 months, I knew something was missing from my music that I couldn't pinpoint. After some discussion among friends one of them suggested I try the Hiby RS6 and I am so glad I did! The RS6 provided a sense of warmth and excitement in my music that I was missing from the DX300. On top of that, the Darwin software is great and a tinkerer's dream. Buying from MusicTeck was an easy and delightful experience, communicating with Andrew was amazingly quick and pleasant.
I own many DAPs in this price range and have heard some costing twice as much. The RS6 is among the best of the best in every regard. Solid built with Copper exterior makes it pure eye-candy, the fit-finish and build quality makes is a joy to hold and operate. The sound however is what makes it much superior to other DAPs, it digs deep and brings out nuances and details of music then serves them up with perfection. All your favorite IEMs and CANs will sound even better, in fact I venture to say you haven't actually heard your headgear until you've heard it via the RS6. MusicTeck was a pleasure to do business with as always.

I think this is the best DAP for listening to 44.1k, 16-bit music files. The R-2R DAC creates a wide, deep encompassing soundstage, that my Fiio M11 Plus did not. The Fiio DAP is a great unit, but the HIBY RS6 sounds much better overall!The operating instruction suck, but once you learn to swipe UP, DOWN, LEFT, and RIGHT one can find the menus you need to setup the device to your preferences.To perform a Firmware update, swipe UP from the Home screen, choose Settings, then System, then update system! Firmware version 1.7 is the most current, so you may need to update several times, I had to update from version 1.2 to the current version.I highly recommend this DAP, it is worth the price!
