I will say I did sew the larger inside pocket in the middle and made two smaller pockets. I also added dry sack on the opposite side for an extra inside pocket. It is lightweight and the fabric flexible. The zippers are easy to pull. Great travel and everyday bag.

This bag is GREAT! I purchased it to replace a different tote pack I've been using for years, and while I figured I'd mostly wear it like a backpack, I actually found the longer strap to be more convenient for the airport. It's made really well, is lightweight, and the side pocket perfectly fits my little Nalgene bottle. I wish the inside had one or two more zipper pouches, but other than that this will be my go-to back for travel and commuting to work.

Unless you fill the bag up to the top, it will fold in half awkwardly when wearing it as a backpack. It looks so weird. It does not have a "seat foam cushion" unlike the Kankens so it does not keep its shape. It's too floppy.The bag is cute, though and roomy for its size. I wish the shoulder/crossbody strap was removable, though. I still recommend it.

I’ve never bought into the Fjallraven craze, but this tote-pack is great! It’s light, you can fold away the pack straps so they don't dangle. The crossbody strap is so useful too. The materials and clips all seems durable and well made. The yellow color is accurate too.

I was able to pack two laptops (Mac air and Surface) with a notebook, wallet, small makeup bag, my small electronic case and still had plenty of room to stuff a jacket. I love the many compartments ones the bag, especially the side slots for my sunglasses and water bottle. I love that it’s a top zip, making it easy to access things, and not worry I open it too much (like a backpack) and everything spilling out. So far I’ve been using the top handle and the tote straps. It’s a little awkward for me with the backpack, but I haven’t had the chance to adjust the back straps to my liking. I am a very picky bag shopper and this is one of my all time favorites. I have had bag before with blackstrap options but they always just got In the way of daily use. These stay put but easily available when I need them. The crossbody stray could be a little wider for comfort when I overload. The bag is lightweight to start and the two outside open pockets are useful (small water bottle only. The inside pockets are lacking and I added a small pocket so my wallet doesn’t drop to the bottom and I added a ring hook for keys. I am traveling and all the carrying options are working great for me.

The weight is lighter than the normal Totepack, and you can remove the shoulder strap too. The material is water resistant, but not sure if it will beat my waxed G-1000 totepacks. I love how I can also carry it crossbody by extending the shoulder strap. The backpack straps seem to be like those on the Kanken mini, you can use the snap buttons to keep them more tucked out of the way when not in use. I have been looking for a bag with these features for a while. I just completed an international trip with this bag. Airports, trains, buses...this bag is the perfect travel buddy. What sets this bag apart from competitors is the long strap. You can lengthen to make it a crossbody bag or detach it completely to use as a tote and/or backpack. Great material, durable, and just enough internal organization for travel and/or everyday. The only thing that would make this bag perfect would be waterproofing...
