I have had 3 of these now. They last a couple of years before the zips start to give way. I jog to and from work with a laptop in the backpack. The double clips (one across the chest and one across the waist) make it very secure when jogging. The waterproof cover is also a very good idea. It is like a raincoat for your bag. The computer will stay perfectly protected in heavy rain. Despite the failure of the zips, I think this is a great item to have. They just need to use better stitching on the zips.

Bought this for university, My previous backpacks had plenty of room for a laptop but lacked the room for full over ear headphones and textbooks. This bag does it with ease and has a rain cover putting my mind at easy while on the motorcycle!Very happy with this product.
