Have struggled with this NVR for many weeks. It is absolutely brilliant with my latest ip camera, a PTZ Floureon with 30x optical zoom. Connection went very straightforward. All functions working. However my Annke SP1, old B&W Foscam copy and Loftek ip cameras it just doesn't want to know. They all show up on my netgear app. They have correct ip address and password. I can only assume that these cameras are incompatible . also the only Web browser that allows viewing online is the old Microsoft Internet Explorer. Hence one star. Not a lot of use to me.

Nice and easy to use
Absolut rubbish after market service from Hikvision. They refuse to deal with end users even to sort out the smallest problem as to be undertaken by an approved installer
Easy to install drive and setup. Lots of features nice bit of kit
Looks completely genuine and probably is as well.
