I received the clothes lines within expectations. The devices were pleasing in appearance, easy to install, and worked as expected.A bonus was that the long line length allowed me to install another cup hook, and get another line. So now with the 2 cordomatics I can have 1, 2, 3, or 4 lines.

Pretty rubbish. Doesn't hold up very well. Not worth the time i spent buying it. Line comes loose over night. No locking mechanism ( wrap around notch only)
I added extra hooks to make 3 lines in spare room. Really good product. Takes up hardly any room when unhooked. Recommended
This retractable clothesline is just what I needed for my small apartment. It's easy to install and use. Wish I'd got one sooner!
We managed to mount this line and provide several points to provide up to 5 different hanging areas including under cover. Strong and durable whilst easy to use I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting good line hanging area with minimum fuss.
Good item, neat, easy to use and good for balcony. However, when the cord becomes weak and thin, you have to buy the whole product again.It would be good if we could only replace the cord. Such a waste…..
I had expected a flimsy line and an ineffective recoil system however the line was stronger and more durable and the recoil worked. The 15 metre line length definitely fulfilled our particular requirements
The original version of this product had a wire core to the line which meant that it could be pulled taught and not sag. The new line has a plastic core which stretches and sags under any weight. Wet sheets and towels must be limited. I am only using it over 4 metres. It would be totally unusable over the claimed 15 metres. It does not meet its own implicit specification. I will be looking for a substitute. So much for the Hills brand.
