I love this bitter melon supplement. It makes me feel better when taking it. Such clean ingredients. Even though I have not seen the change for my high blood pressure yet. I will continue to order it.

I started taking these after my blood work showed my blood sugar level had increased. By the time I had my next blood work my numbers had dropped from 6.8 to 6.4. I had only been taking these at that time for about a month. I also believe my numbers will be even better the next time. I can tell overall that this is helping with many of the side effects of high blood sugar. This will be a part of my regimen from now on.

Excellent ! Best Bittermelon. I have taken a few from other brands but they are not as good. A bit pricey but it is good. I don't have diabetes, but I use it as a prevention. Especially when I eat a lot of sweets or carbs. Will always buy this bittermelon from this brand. It also has more natural ingredients in it.

I don't like real bitter melon, so I bought this supplement to get the benefits (support pancreatic function and help control insulin levels) without the yucky taste/smell of the actual vegetable. The supplement is small and easy to swallow, with no unpleasant taste or smell.
Himalaya Bitter Melon tablets. These tablets comprise dried bitter melon, pressed into the shape of a capsule.2018--The first bottle I bought: excellent tablets. I would take one tablet after eating sweet foods. This reduced the "sugar rush" and "sugar crash" I usually had after I'd eaten something sweet.2019--I bought a second bottle. The tablets were dark-coloured. They looked and smelt damp, or rotten. iHerb, thankfully, provided a refund.I may purchase these again. I hope the "off" tablets were just a one-off. ---- UPDATE The third bottle is good. The tablets are pale in colour, and dry. A few of the tablets are broken - that's no problem. Just very happy they work and they are in good condition. Wishing you good health :)
I bought this product for my husband with diabetes. I hoped it could drop his blood sugar, but it turned out it wasn't strong enough. I got this outcome by comparing the change in his blood sugar from poking his finger before and after the use. It may be effective for prediabetes. But if you have diabetes, you should take metformin prescribed by a doctor. This is not real medicine for people with diabetes.
I've been taking it for a few months now after I saw bitter melon as an ingredient in another weight loss formula. Honestly, I don't know if it's really helping yet. I do like the purity of this product though.
