This is a really great product for a very reasonable price. Purchased as our well known brand went unserviceable and after reading reviews in House Beautiful and from other reviewers on ao.com and other online retailers decided to get this machine. AO.com also price matched against another well known online retailer. We are not disappointed with our purchase as this machine is quiet, energy efficient and cleans the clothes well. We like the fact that the load is weighed and the delayed finish is a good option. The spin ability of the machine is also good allowing less energy to be used by our tumble dryer as the clothes dry much quicker. This product is definitely recommended as a very good buy.

This machine is the worst one I have ever bought. Don't waste your money on this rubbish. I had 2 pairs of underwear go missing and then all a sudden bits of them looked like they were being shredded through each wash I was doing. Called to get a technician out - the solution was to put everything in bra bags, and he couldn’t locate the underwear. My laundry then flooded due to the pipe being blocked with the underwear in them - yet the technician couldn't help with that before my laundry flooded. I have photo evidence which I have attached, and you will be horrified to think a washing machine has done this to clothing items.

Pros: Looks nice, big drum size of 12kgs. Cons: Very long cycles. A standard cycle is nearly 3hours. The 15 minute cycle has a max spin of 800 what's awful as ever a 1400 spin leaves clothes very wet. I have to put all washing on two further spins to get it remotely dry. Checked all piping but after speaking with other owners it's normal. Definitely doesn't save on energy given the long cycles and need for extra spinning so it may air dry in less than a week. Really wouldn't recommend.

We've had this washing machine for 3 weeks now and it's proving to be a great buy. One feature I love is the ability to add an item once the cycle has started. The other thing is it senses the weight of the wash and adjusts the initial indicated washing time, that's good for not wasting energy. The darkened door window is a good feature if the machine is in a communal family area so you don't need to see the things being washed. One very minor niggle is the selection knob indicator does not contrast well with the chrome know and hence it can be difficult to see. But a great buy for the price and totally recommend it.
This is a nice product. We have other Hisense products that we are pleased with and this influenced our decision to purchase this product. It's quiet and efficient. We are using it mostly on the sports wear program it takes about an hour and cleans the clothes very well. If looks mean anything to you it's also as stylish as you can get with a washing machine. If I had one criticism it's the removal of the transit bolts and the instructions to do so. I have taken transit bolts out of many appliances and never had this much trouble before. However extra tools and determination won the day!!

As a powder user this machine would not have suited me. This drum is tall rather than deep as I am used to and wouldve preferred if purchased in store. The eco wash can take up to 1 hr 40 mins with the quick was being a light 15 minute wash recommended for new clothes and very lightly soiled items . A jumper with a light food soil was not cleaned on the light wash and required the longer eco wash. We are now having to schedule in washing times to accommodate the length of time each load takes.
Pros: We have a large family so bought for drum capacity. I love it. Lots of different programs but tend to stick to either normal stream wash which is 1hr and 51 minutes or baby care steam which is 2 hrs 20 minutes (differences is the maximum temperature). Although the washes are longer than my old machine, I can almost fit double the amount of washing in the machine so feel that balances it out. Cons: The quick wash to have a higher temperature and spin. It's current max temperature is 40 with a spin of 800. I personally would prefer 60 or 90 temperature with a spin of 1400.
