We still have a 10 year old Bose TV speaker but we aren’t comparing this with a Bose/Sonos.Pros:1. Connectivity was a breeze - The wireless subwoofer and Rear speakers connected automatically with the soundbar. Our Samsung TV recognized the Soundbar thro the Earc port and able to control the volume with the TV remote.2. Sound quality - this exceeded our expectations. Voice is clear, the Bass is very good. No lag between the TV and sound system. Music/Movie/TV shows - all produce quality sound.3. Price - 5/5 for this. no way to beat the price point. The bluetooth sound quality isn’t that great - we tried turning off the surround sound and it was decent. We have plugged this to our TV - if you play a lot through Bluetooth, keep this in mind.2. The Rear satellite speakers aren’t that great - Overall you get the feel of a 5.1 surround sound but turning off the Rear speakers didn’t make much impact. We turn off the Rear speakers for Tv shows.3. The sound bar is longer in size - no problem with our 75 inch TV but if you have a smaller TV screen watch out for the size. It’s still sleek and weighs less than the other brands we tried. Conclusion - if you are looking for a very good Sound system for your TV at a budget, I will highly recommend this product. The sound quality is pretty good. Cheers !

First off, if you have a Roku TV, I definitely recommend this sound bar if not I wouldn't completely recommend this soundbar to you however I can image it will still work wonders if you have another TV brand, you may just have to operate multiple remotes. (I prefer not to juggle multiple remotes such as the tv remote, soundbar remote, etc. That is why I feel this way.)Setup/Mounting:All in all, it's very easy to setup and the mounting are great for almost any scenario, however be careful when screwing in a screw into the plastic mounts as the mounts are plastic and going too tight will ultimately tighten the plastic too much causing it to morph or even break, do not overtighten! (Yes, I did overtighten one of the mounts.)Sound:Any who, onto the sound. (Yes, I did overtighten one of the mounts.)Sound:Any who, onto the sound. The sound is amazing when using Dolby Atmos and all the presets. The presets are fantastic for all different listening experiences, you'll have to listen to find your favorites (Mine are Movie, AI, and of course Night for nighttime.) The subwoofer is also very powerful and very loud, I love it.Now for the hard truth about the sound, if you are watching videos mostly set for stereo quality sound, I have got to say the sound bar and subwoofer sound excellent. However, the rear speakers struggle and end up producing static as they're just trying to keep up is kind of sad to hear but nonetheless still listenable. Also having the soundbar at low volumes makes the sound quality a lot worse, meaning there isn't a great balance at low volumes as there is at higher volumes.Bluetooth:The Bluetooth for this soundbar, in my opinion is not great, I don't know if it's just my phone, but at first it sounds staticky. The whole system mind you then after some time the audio sounds great. My phone would also suddenly pause or disconnect from the soundbar, so I'm not completely sure who to blame there, however the static is defiantly on the soundbar.Recommend?.. Yes!All in all, yes! I would recommend this soundbar to anyone who is okay with some of the issues that were stated above, the issues stated above are not dire and to not necessarily effect the regular listening experience, however they are indeed something to mind when considering this product.

First things first the reason for the 4 star review is because my soundbar arrived damaged. The attached pictures can give you an idea of what my delivery driver brought me. They did not specify if they damaged the box or if they picked it up like that. But you could see the soundbar through the hole. Now with that out of the way, the setup process took about 30 minute with the installation of the rear channels. I was a bit skeptical at first since this would be my first soundbar purchase. Everything connected and synced flawlessly at first. Once switching apps on my fire stick 4k Max that is plugged into the soundbar. Once switching apps on my fire stick 4k Max that is plugged into the soundbar. I noticed the rear channels were not at full volume like when I first played a movie on HBO MAX. They almost sounded as if they were capped at a low volume with very minor static. After turning off the whole system and turning it on again it started working. This may be a minor hiccup or settings issue in my Fire stick but worth noting. Other than that i thoroughly enjoy the sound quality the soundbar gives. If you have a small/medium living room this is enough bass / volume that the soundbar gives you. If you have a rather large living room i would stay away from this and find a more powerful system.

This replaced a Sony HT-CT150 3D Sound Bar System which I bought back in 2023 which came with a subwoofer and 1080p pass through and 4K ARC with HDR 10 for $199. I bought this new system during as a Black Friday deal online for $129. I use this system with my 4K Ethernet Apple TV connected to the hdmi input and then another hdmi cable from the hdmi output into my 4K TV. I need to get a power strip with individual power switches so I can turn off the system power at the source.- Only when watching YouTube do I have an issue where the ads play on a different audio format it seems and in doing so there is a slight almost inaudible buzz or sometimes there is just a gap of 1-2 seconds of no sound while the screen flickers for 1 second. I don’t mind this as it only affects the ads and that way I don’t hear or see the ads as much as I used to.- Also only when using YouTube the video signal will sometimes stop working and a static looking screen occurs. The only way I have been able to get it to stop when it does happen is to play another video (fumbling around blind with my Apple TV remote) then going to the YouTube channel then going back 2x and that sometimes resets the video signal back to normal. Both this issue and the issue prior only happens on the YouTube app on my Apple TV. This doesn’t happen with Disney, Hulu, Netflix, or Apple TV apps. This issue and the issue prior happens whether I force my Apple TV into Dolby vision, HDR10, or match content. These issues could be an issue with either: my tv, the Apple TV, the YouTube app, or the sound system itself. I’ve tried to troubleshoot this and the only thing I haven’t tried is a firmware update using the usb port on the back of the soundbar. I will try this at some point and update my review if it works.

I wish there was a little more options in controlling the setup more but for this price I will not complain. For the person who is wanting a good system at an extremely affordable price without total control you cannot go wrong with this. It will definitely hold me over without issue until I complete my remodel with a complete home theater setup again. Highly recommend!!

Now moving on to what u need to know. There is a soundbar with 1 HDMI CORD and power cord, ( all you need, right inside the box.) there is even an optic cable, which im unsure what i need that for, since i tried hooking it up but felt it was also unnecessary with the HDMI cable anyway. All the speakers are wireless, except to power them obviously. The subwoofer has its own power cord. The only wires or between the 2 back speakers. 1 speaker has a power cord, and another cord to connect 1 speaker to the other, but plenty of length on the cord to place back speakers wherever you would like. 3 power cords and another to connect back speakers is better than i could have asked for. Since my last surround sound system had a cord running to every speaker, 2 in front, 2 in back, 1 to subwoofer, plus the power cord. And let’s not even get started on the connection issues 🤦‍♂️The sound quality is amazing. The have multiple preset modes which will suit your every need. Including my favorite ( night mode) which gives me the sound i want without hearing complaints from the wife while sleeping saying it’s too loud.MUST BUY-

The Connectivity issues are ture!
27 November 2023

I purchased this sounds system for my living room on the black Friday deal of 2023 when it went on sale for $130. I would not recommend spending anymore on this product because the connectivity issues are true. I refuse to let things go so ive been messing with it since ive set it up trying to see if there are things i can do to make it stay connected. Things ive noticed is i had a wifi repeater in my living room and that seems to cause random disconnects while watching tv. When removed it from my living room it stopped disconnecting in that situation. I originally had it set up via hdmi ARC but when i would turn my tv off it would turn the sound bar off too. I notice that if the sound bar has about a 60% chance of connecting to the rest of the system automatically. ... MoreI purchased this sounds system for my living room on the black Friday deal of 2023 when it went on sale for $130. To fix this ive connected the sound bar to my tv VIA an optical cable so my tv cant control the soundbar. The result off all of this is im going to have to leave the sound bar on all the time even when the tv is off to prevent it from disconnecting when in standby mode. Also if you wanted the Dolby Atmos feature i dont believe a optical cable will the correct cable to use that feature im pretty sure it has to be the hdmi but i mentioned why im not using that. For $130 im happy with the performance of system. Not as plug and play as id like.

Very good surround Atmos features a steal at price

Being familiar with electronics, with a history of repairing, trouble shooting, I bought this because the price was great and features for price point are very good.I haven't had one issue in setup or operations in last four days of use. No connectivity issues nothing. All I can say is that people need to be sure of what version their devices are using of Bluetooth,as that can and have caused issues with devices. Same can be true with earc and certain tvs ,you can research and look up compatibility issues. As well software updates etc cam cause issues. I had none of these ,but know from previous issues for people i had to troubleshoot for,and one time I had issues with Bluetooth and it was the version of Bluetooth (older) wasn't compatible with speaker(newer) version ... MoreBeing familiar with electronics, with a history of repairing, trouble shooting, I bought this because the price was great and features for price point are very good.I haven't had one issue in setup or operations in last four days of use. very little adjustments
26 November 2023

Got this for $129 black Friday special and it is not a great buy because not worth anymore.. previously had a older 4.1 LG sound bar that did not have a HDMI connection. overall, this sound bar is not much better. the problem is there is barley any adjustments! no right or left adjustments, no center speaker adjustments, no subwoofer adjustments. the older soundbar had all these adjustments besides just overall bass and treble adjustments. Because my main recliner is off center on my older sound bar i could add more volume on one side so it was balanced per my seat. also at night time could cut down the volume to my subwoofer while keeping my bass in the other speakers as to not wake up the kids . I will be returning this and going back to my old LG optical hookup. ... MoreGot this for $129 black Friday special and it is not a great buy because not worth anymore.. previously had a older 4.1 LG sound bar that did not have a HDMI connection. overall, this sound bar is not much better. the problem is there is barley any adjustments! no right or left adjustments, no center speaker adjustments, no subwoofer adjustments. the older soundbar had all these adjustments besides just overall bass and treble adjustments. I will be returning this and going back to my old LG optical hookup. it actually sounds about the same with more adjustments. the hdmi earc also lags at times and not in sync using even when using the included hdmi hook-up. another thing i just watch roku live tv and aps on it like hulu, prime and youtube and dolby atoms was never broadcasted anywhere since i been testing it. more or less just used dolby digital at best or pcm. (the sound bar just prior to a movie or channel or streaming app will tell you what sound it is playing). so that was worthless no benefit for me.
