I have had this dryer for a month and am extremely happy. This one doesn't produce all the condensation and noise the old traditional one had. Set and forget full washing loads clothes come out perfectly dry. Highly recommend.

Everything about this dryer is the best. Great size for my family and the clothes feel awesome. I would never go back to a normal dryer. When it is drying it does not heat up the laundry like a normal one. Best money I have spent

The main reason I bought this was for the reverse tumbling feature. Not all dryers have this feature. Bed sheets and towels don't ball up like they did in my previous dryer. Sometimes I've had to run the cycle again but that doesn't bother me as it uses very little power. It has a sensor so the cycle doesn't take as long as the timer says. It depends on how wet the clothes are and how many items are in the dryer. The dryer is a little noisier than I expected. But that is compared to my Bosch washing machine which is really quiet. The little light inside makes up for it! Compared to my previous vented dryer, the clothes don't come out crispy and hot and may feel damp initially but when I left them awhile in the dryer then took them out, the clothes felt fine. Clothes feel softer and fluffier too. It came with a stacking kit (which I didn't need) and a rack for drying shoes, or items you don't want tumbled. I haven't had to use it yet. Overall, I'm very happy with this dryer and very glad I bought it. It was much cheaper (compared to a different brand I was looking at) but with a larger capacity and with reverse tumbling!

I have a big family and have been happy with our Bosch 8kg Heat Pump dryer but given the number of loads of washing we do we needed a second dryer to keep up.This was chosen as a significantly cheaper option but still with the high energy star rating as we saw significant impacts to our power bill when we dropped the old style dryer. So far it has exceeded my expectations and we use it more than the Bosch dryer (which sits on top of). It drys larger loads faster. Clothes come out feeling dryer. Everything is less tangled. The sensor seems to be good at picking when to stop, especially compared to others I have had.We have to do a little more cleaning of the lower filter as the Bosch auto cleans but this is minimal. I have it hooked up to the sink so I dont have to ... MoreI have a big family and have been happy with our Bosch 8kg Heat Pump dryer but given the number of loads of washing we do we needed a second dryer to keep up.This was chosen as a significantly cheaper option but still with the high energy star rating as we saw significant impacts to our power bill when we dropped the old style dryer. So far it has exceeded my expectations and we use it more than the Bosch dryer (which sits on top of). I have it hooked up to the sink so I dont have to drain it, be aware it doesnt pump water out do you need some fall between the top right of the dryer and where you connect it to the sink.Im very happy and highly recommend this dryer. IF this is your first heat pump dryer dont be surprised if you think the clothes still feel damp. They arent and will feel dryer after a few minutes in a basket. I notice this less with this dryer than the Bosch one. It takes longer to dry but it is worth the money saved in power.
Excellent dryer, closest to perfection in this price range. Dries perfectly the maximum load of my 10kg washing machine. The clothes come out soft and fluffy, still with perfect fabric conditioner scent. It even dries bamboo socks that the previous vented drier never managed to dry. The only issue I have is when drying sheets: they get completely tangled. The reverse-tumbling is not great, as the machine only reverses tumbling every 20 minutes or so, and for a very short time, which is far from enough to untangle sheets.
As we use a dryer a fair bit we decided to purchase something a bit more energy efficient then the old vented dryer. It arrived on Thursday and by Saturday it no longer worked. Kept getting error message of empty the reservoir upon looking it was already empty. Turns out it wasn't even pumping the water into the reservoir and all the water was just pooling in the base of the dryer. Will update my review when/if it gets replaced or fixed.
The drum is so big it fits a 4 person family easily. It's super quiet & the clothes come out fresh, plus there's loads of settings for whatever you need. Despite the description, it is stackable but only onto the same brand/size item & the stacking kit is included. We haven't plummed ours in but emptying the water tank is simple.
I'm not used to having my towels and clothes soft. My version of a dryer is when everything comes out dry to the touch and warm. Today's dryers take way too long to dry anything, this one is like two and a half hours a load!!! Way too long if you are in a hurry for something. The clothes come out soft and it's probably better if you don't want shrinkage but I like my towels to be dry! The towels come out soft and still feel oddly damp
Super machine just does a great job compared to old style dryers. No complaints so far, nice and quiet as well as efficient. Choosing a one hour cycle seems to need maybe another 20-mins to dry a full 9kg load but seems understandable. Lighter loads are perfectly dry in the one hour though so no issues with super long cycles. Had an issue with delivery damage and Hisense were amazingly prompt at chasing me to get the replacement part sorted. Bought 3 for various homes and all going well.
Incredibly pleased with this dryer: it not only does the job quickly (if you use the max spin cycle on your washer it will easily finish the drying in one cycle, versus my Samsung that had to be run a minimum of two times at to get things past the clammy stage), but it also handles a variety of clothes with remarkable efficiency. For example, I washed a pair of linen slacks using the "crease free" setting and, sure enough, they came out ready to wear without any ironing, which I've never seen before. It self-adjusts the drying cycle based on the dampness of the clothes, as well. The superb energy efficiency, capable size, and ease of installation add to its value (no venting, no drain hose required, as you can simply slide out a reservoir and empty the captured ... MoreIncredibly pleased with this dryer: it not only does the job quickly (if you use the max spin cycle on your washer it will easily finish the drying in one cycle, versus my Samsung that had to be run a minimum of two times at to get things past the clammy stage), but it also handles a variety of clothes with remarkable efficiency. Highly recommended.
