We were very happy with this fridge. Purchased it in January 2020 and it had plenty of room. We loved the French doors and the special drawer compartment. However, it started leaking from the ice maker in July 2022. Hisense sent a service technician out twice and eventually it was determined that refrigerant gas was leaking, affecting the thermostat(?). They wouldn't repair it and could only give us a return to store credit> we cant get a similar spec fridge anywhere near the price we paid. I would have thought that Hisense would replace with a product of similar specs. We will have to get a smaller fridge and it will probably have to be only a side by side fridge, unfortunately.

I purchased this fridge a couple of weeks ago and i couldn't be happier! It is a great size with so much space. The plumbed water and Ice machine work magically but the best feature is the middle drawer. I love that i can set the temp to be a fridge or freeze. We leave it as a fridge and find it is a great home for your cold meats, cheese and your naughty chocolate treats! I have not found a negative about this fridge yet.
Brilliant choice, very happy. Love the cold water and ice feature. Has many useful compartments including a frozen pizza/pastry compartment. It also has storage areas for eggs, condiments and a handy shelf that retracts to fit upright bottles. Another favourite feature is that the middle drawer can either be a fridge or freezer compartment using the touch pad to alter the temperature. The size of both the fridge and the freezer is fine. We are very happy with our choice

Impressive looking. Easily mistaken for a $4000+ fridge. Great features. Some of the plastics feel a little cheap but then again it is a Hisense but I am overall very happy
The fridge is not bad value but I found a water filter a nightmare to change as it doesn’t lock in easily. the icemaker drips and that middle drawer tends to either freeze or defrost very easily depending on the settings. The size isn’t bad as it’s very roomy and Not bad value. I wouldn’t buy it again because of the filter. I tried calling Hisense to get some help changing water filter and the girl was of no help whatsoever she told me I should get a friend to help me deal with the filter. Why should I need to impose on a friend? I thought Hisense would help
Constant chilled water and no refilling! (Plumbed in) Doors don't get left open by kids as they are easy to close and kind of get to a point where they spring shut. Heaps of room but smaller crisper. Install team was fantastic! All in all, we love it!!
We are totally delighted with our Hisense fridge. It has all the features we were looking for, and more. Love the separate drawer which can be adjusted to suit what we wish to store.We also love Appliances Online! Wouldn't shop anywhere else :)
