Great fridge. Quiet and cold with separate settings for the fridge and the freezer. Lots of shelf space and 2 draws for fresh food storage.

I bought a Hisense 326l top mount fridge 4 weeks ago. A replacement was needed within 2 weeks. The replacement is only marginally better but very unsatisfied with the fridge and with the after sales service from the store.The freezer in the first fridge did not work from day 1, Any freezer should maintain a temperature of -18c, this one could only get down to -2c.The middle/default setting on the replacement fridge was -10c, The only way to get down to -18c is to put the setting on maximum cold. Freezer works great. Alas, the fridge even on the coldest setting is not very cold. I don't store meat in the fridge as am fearful of making my family sick. All meat and cheeses get frozen immediately. My small freezer is jammed full and my huge fridge is empty. I definately would not have purchased!

It suits a small kitchen which was what we needed. Very compact and well organised interior. I loved the Fresh Zone which enables me to keep meat fresh for days without freezing it.
Great value for money, the size was perfect to fit into an older kitchen at the rental property and the layout and room inside both fridge and freezer compartments is good. The service from staff from sales and when I picked up was also fantastic.

I'm trying different size containers, but still it seems that I need to make sure I use that milk quickly! Even UHT milk started to go off quickly!! Bread goes mouldy when before it would last. Deli/heat in the microwave meals also go off before the use by date. And fruit and veg also seem to not last as long in the crisper.I thought it was because I had too much in the fridge ie Christmas, but no, things are still going off. And also, I've had fridges before where I could easily have that much in them with no problems, and in the cooler months, I also had similar amounts in this fridge and nothing went off. The temperature is on the high setting and the chill vents are kept clear. I've looked at various trouble shooting answers provided by Hisense and really, I reckon it's just that the fridge isn't great in the hot months (at least here in Australia) and that's all there is to it!The freezer remains good though - keeping everything nice and frozen, with quite a lot in there - meat, frozen meals, frozen veg.So yes, I think the fridge is doing the best that it can with how it's been built! But I am still paying it off (only way I could afford it) which isn't great, I'm having to throw out food (which I can't afford to do and also, what a waste!!!) and I would definately NOT recommend this fridge! Quite a turnaround from my first review, I know, but I did say in that review that "so far it was great".So I genuinely hope that this review is helpful to people. A fridge is a big purchase, and I feel you should be able to count on it doing what it's meant to do no matter if it's a budget fridge or not. There's enough stress in the world without being able to count on having fresh milk for your morning tea....
I love my new fridge - it's roomy in both the fridge and freezer sections, my food is staying fresh and its size fits well in my small flat. It makes a few sounds while it goes through its cooling cycles, but not enough to bother me. This is a big investment for me - so far, my Hisense fridge is everything I hoped it would be.
I bought this fridge from Murwillumbah Harvey Norman, and so far I'm happy to give it a 5 star review. It's bigger inside than I thought it would be and the temperatures in the fridge compartment and freezer are perfect according to the two temp guages that I've attached. It looks good too. It was great interacting with the Murwillumbah staff re price and delivery, etc.
Fridge / freezer looks good, works well, good size for 2 people.No issues with it getting cold, as some others have suggested. It sits between 2-4 degrees. Perfect.
I’m purchased this having read a lot of reviews, which have proven to be accurate, but needed a cheap fridge asap. For the price I’m happy with the product, looks good, holds more than I expected. The only issue is the fridge section, even on the highest setting, still would like it to be a little colder.
