Machine washes perfectly fine most of the time, but there are a few issues that are worth noting. Because of the slim depth of the machine, the drum diameter is larger than most, and seems to cause the machine to become unbalanced A LOT. Especially when washing things like linen and towels - which causes the wash (spin) times to blow out dramatically while it tries to rebalance the load, before it gives up completely and you're left with a wet load.Other things to note, are that the detergent drawer retains water, and then drops it on the floor when you open it again.And finally, there are too many pre-programmed 'special' cycle options, instead of just focusing on doing everyday cycles well, and in good time.

Lack quick wash setting for larger loads but has quick 15min for 2kg load. Noisy when spinning. Otherwise clean clothes and machine looks aesthetically pleasing especially with the large black door.

Nil capacity to use an app to start remotely. Happy with purchase and how quickly bing Lee delivered to me.

Its a good washing machine, vey quiet, looks nice, it has multiple programs. I like that it doesnt leave any powder residue in the soap compartment. It also changes the running time based on the load. It will do some spins, I believe to balance and weigh the load. There is some space for improvement though. The transportation bolts are extremely hard to remove, specially when the manual gives you very little information about. Unpacking is a two people job, and you will need to lift high to be able to remove the bottom foam. Manual is zero to none. Dont expect a hot water inlet (I dont know why I did, but anyway, only cold water inlet and machine will warm up the water when higher temperature is set.
Great machine, the cycles are quiet long. The barrel is higher rather than deeper, but fits a reasonable amount. I wish we had gone the next size up from the 8.5kg for king doonas etc. machine is easy to clean and gentle on the clothes. It only has a cold tap option so heats internally.
Nothing negative about this machine. My bedding fits in just perfectly. Washes well - heaps of washing options. Aesthetically pleasing and the machine doesn't stick out like other machine - especially bought this for the narrower depth.
Only a recent purchase, so still seeing how it runs. Happy with the product at the moment. The fastest cycle is a quick wash for 15mins. I was initially worried it wouldnt clean enough in that time. The clothes do come out clean and fresh. The other cycles can be time consuming for a busy family. Fits our blankets and quilts and has a setting especially for bedding. Overall happy with product at the present.
The washing machine is very spacious. It's a little more narrow overall then our previous washer which is great because I can now fit some brooms and vacuums down the side, where I didn't have space before. The shortest wash setting (other than the 15 minute quick cycle) is 56 minutes. If you are looking for something with a 30 minute cycle, I don't think there is an option on this one for that.
The washing machine is so narrow the paired/matching dryer can not stack on top. JB have made a combo with the washer dryer and a mat but clear have not researched the products. When you call Hisense they advise the combo shouldn’t be stacked! This was not explained at time of purchase nor was the machine displayed in a way you noticed the lack of depth on the washer.The paired dryer comes with stacking brackets but the are pointless as you can not use them with this machine.
better drum design seems to spread load more evenly while spinning. Early days for a review on this one but looking forward to unit longevity. I couldn't find any reviews on Hisense washing machines
