Good price and relative value for a 9.5 kg load. So far no problem whatsoever

I purchased this washing machine in April 2022 at Harvey Norman. It was delivered just fine and works just fine, however my transit bolts have rusted and i'm looking to relocate from NSW to QLD and need a new set of transit bolts for the move. I contacted Hisense and they said they DO NOT SELL THESE as spare parts. MAKE SURE YOU STORE THEM WHERE THEY WONT RUST AND DON'T LOOSE THEM. They also couldn't tell me the dimensions or if they had any suppliers that sold compatible ones and i cant find any second hand ones. So now, I have to run the risk of moving my machine interstate and hope to god it survives. I think Hisense could have provided transit bolts that don't rust in the first place and I wouldn't be in this situation. Bought brand new one yesterday and didn't even do one cycle before playing up rang them up and they said that pump was faulty and asked to return to shop for a replacement not good enough for a brand new machine
