Great helmet. Comfortable, looks cool, fits well (but that's a personal charateristic) and has all the features that I want. ECE 22.06 rated, so safety should be top notch (and it was rated highly for safety by another organization). Looks to be good quality construction. Great color for visibility. I'd buy again.

Seller sent lots of Photo before packaging it and before sending it to courier.As for the actual helmet, it's a lot of improvement from HJC CS-15. Wider field of view, muted air noise. Air flow is okay.Probably only downside is the fixed padding for back and head. Cheek pads are still removable.

Awesome Fit and Features

Has features found in much more expensive helmets. Comfortable, snug, lightweight, good ventilation, ratchet visor, chin curtain. It is not r22.06 certified. I have a 23 inch head and according to their chart i should wear a large. The cheek pads smashed my face so hard it squinted my eyes. So I went to an XL. If you are on the edge of sizes I suggest go with the larger. I've had Shoei, Bell, Torc and HJC. You cannot beat this helmet for the money. Ride safe out there.

Causes extreme pain and does not fit like the CS R3

I purchased the size small C10 to replace my size small CS R3. The sizing guides suggest that the small size in both of these helmets work for the same heads. This has not been the case in my experience.The CS R3 sits generally more comfortably on my head than the C10. The C10 digs into my head, leaves marks, and causes excruciating pain around and on top of my head. It is not a pretty sight, and it is not a pretty feeling. The pain usually becomes unbearable around thirty minutes into a ride.When I initially put it on, it's not super tight, but is snug. Over the ride, it becomes extremely painful.I reached out to HJC customer support but do not believe I've received a response. I also like that it cuts down on overall wind noise more than the CS R3. I just wish the helmet wasn't so painful for me and was more of a true replacement to the CS R3, but, alas, it'll just be a helmet lying around now.

Excellent full face helmet. Reasonable $$

As described and fits snuggly. I always get FL white. After wearing just once for a 2 HR ride didn't even notice it on an 85F sunny day. Air flow is excellent and sunglasses not a problem either. With the the removable/washable/replaceable liners will last for years. The lens is very easy to remove and replace. No screws. Brilliant. My first full face helmet ever due to no windscreen on this Sport bike. Good value. My 5th HJC helmet over many years. Still great quality.

Nice features but not ECE

As noted by other reviewers, this is not an ECE 22.06 rated helmet. HJC confirmed to me via email that the C10 sold in North America only passes DOT tests and not ECE tests. And to dispell another myth, the C10s sold in Canada are the DOT versions, not the ECE rated lids, despite what the FortNine video states. Is it a safe helmet? That depends on if you believe DOT standards are good enough. Personally, I always look for helmets that are rated Snell or ECE (and ECE 22.06 is far better than 22.05). I wouldn't buy a DOT rated helmet. I will say that this helmet (both the DOT and ECE version) is very comfortable, has nice features, etc. That's why I gave it 3 stars. While it has positive qualites, just be aware that you're not buying an ECE rated lid.

Punches well above it’s class

It’s a little noisy but I don’t have a windshield on my bike and every helmet honestly is noisy in my opinion. I installed a Cardo packtalk edge into it and it fits like it was made to be. Also purchased an RST fire red visor for it. Overall fitment is spot on with the sizing chart and overall the helmet feels quality and is quite light. If you are looking for an affordable helmet I can’t recommend it enough especially since it is a ECE 22.06 rated lid.
