I finally found a quiet and comfortable helmet. I have 5 or 6 other helmets, most are pretty good, including an F70 HJC, but this one is far superior. It is not super light but I don't care. And it has excellent ventilation. Also, it is not made in China, but is made in Vietnam, which I am more OK with. One more thing, in the USA this is a DOT rated helmet, but in Europe it is ECE2206.

Excellent fit, beautiful helmet, lightweight, nice and quiet, nice interior padding.
Perfect fit, well made, good mechanism, cheap vs others companies.
Very comfortable fit and its aerodynamics gives it much less physical drag than my old helmet (especially when turning my head to shoulder check at speed) which also makes it significantly quieter when it comes to wind noise too. No complaints what-so-ever.
Great quality helmet but the shape is not for me. Had to return.
Really appreciate being able to ride with open helmet, zero wind interference
