Quality:Quality is something you can expect from a 15k helmetAppearance:Looks goodSuitability:I went with the same size as my other helmets but this fit super snug that you can’t wear glasses and it can even hurt your temples and give you headache if you have the same head shape as mine.Could have been a good helmet if it weren’t for the awful fit in my head. It’s basically unwearable for me that I can’t even try and break it in.

What s great way to buy gear! Go in and try stuff on, or order something they carry but don't have in the store, delivered to the store, then go try I it on with the super easy returning it if it doesn't fit... I ordered the HJC V60 retro dirt helmet, it came in just a couple of days, going to try it on at the shop then ride home with it.The helmet is nice, and it is so compact and light, the pull down visor is awesome, and lots of ear pocket space, so I'm going to use it for downhill skiing and electric unicycling too! One helmet for it all

I bought an HJC V60 last year and I really like it! I have taken time to write a review, because I wanted to spend a few seasons in this helmet to see how it would turn out. In the end, I have worn this helmet when in hot and cold climates and have found it an excellent, comfortable helmet that fits a variety of seasons. It ventilates well, but paired with goggles is not too cold in winter. It is lightweight, and very comfortable. The flip down visor is a nice feature though I often wear this helmet with goggles. The helmet looks good with the peak on or off. However, I would not recommend using the peak at higher speeds. Overall, it is a great retro styled helmet with excellent safety features that keep it up to date.

I like the sizing on this helmet. I have a big head and usually XL fits way to tight but this one just was perfect breaking it in and it's a very comfortable fit. Really recommend this helmet if you like that retro look.
I wear M in Shoei helmets and the V60 fits me identically. Very light weight and excellent finish. I have the Flat Black model. Unfortunately I learned the hard way the flat black doesn't have a protective final overcoat. I prepped the helmet for a decal application with alcohol and ruined the finish in the place of application. My bad so I can't blame HJC, but be aware!I had to remove a little bit of each audio ear piece hole due to the speakers pressing on my ears. Easily rectified. I wear ear plugs so I don't find the helmet to be loud.
Really great helmet. It's light, extremely comfortable, well built, and having the internal, slip down shield has become my favorite feature of the helmet. The field of view is fantastic and so is the airflow? This is a warm weather helmet only, IMO. I bought this helmet as a replacement for my much loved Hazard Orange Bell Moto 3, which I retired last year after 5+ years of faithful service. It was one of the few completely hi-viz helmets on the market, so I took a chance on it (and really glad that I did). One nitpick: the chin strap could use some sort of padding. Other than, it's a solid A.
I got this helmet as a second around town cruising helmet. My other helmet is a HJC RPHA 70st.You know what you are getting with this style of helmet. No frills but a lot of style. The air flow is great because the whole face is open even with the shield down. The shield covers your entire face pretty much which is great. It doesn't hit my nose at all. This isn't a helmet you want to be wearing when it turns to night because the visor is tinted. I carry clear goggles in my bag in case I get stuck out late. I really wish you could swap to a clear visor. The peak visor is removable but it's pretty useless. It's alright on a sunny day if you are going under 40mph but anything above and the helmet is bouncing around and pulling away because there are no wind cuts in ... MoreI got this helmet as a second around town cruising helmet. It would have been great if they would have made the visor usable at speed. The helmet looks great without the peak so most of the time I use it without it.This helmet has the feeling of a 3/4 helmet without the dangers of having an open face. If you are looking for a great summer helmet to just do some easy cruising with I would highly suggest this helmet.
Good helmet. Like the looks and the built in visor. Decent air flow in the helmet, but have only ridden in cooler climates. Comfortable too.
Super comfortable! I wanted open face but with the protection of a chin bar and this was one of the few that does both (and looks decent). The minimal branding is also preferable. Trying not to buy all the other colour versions now..
I LOVE this helmet. I have been looking for a U.S. version of the Shoei EX Zero, and came up short until I found this. It's fit is very comfortable & light. I mounted my SENA to the side and easily mounted the speakers in the recessed speaker wells in the ears.My only ask is for a few more options for visor (this one seems to really grab the wind at highway speeds) and more lens color options. A transition, or a mirrored finish?Very happy with my purchase. Thanks Denniskirk.com. Fair price, fast shipping and a GREAT Product!!!
