As someone who enjoys open world RPGs like the Witcher 3, Red Dead, Cyberpunk etc and someone who is a fan of the franchise I can say that this game does not disappoint. You absolutely get your money's worth in terms of playtime and enjoyment from the stunning graphics, gameplay and lack of bugs. Im glad I didn't let a bunch of angry toddlers convince me not to buy this, it's amazing.

For someone who hasn't got much patience with games. This one really tried my patience. Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic looking game, and the graphics are great but an hour into the game and I was still being taught stuff, and I got bored after a while and sadly I'm going to sell it. I hope you enjoy it more than I did.

You have to download another 60 odd GB to be able to play this game. What is the the point of this ? the disc has just over 30% of the game on it. I bought a disc so that I could play it directly on the $800 machine I just bought. I dont have broadband. This is useless... Why ?

It's been a long time coming but we've finally got a solid RPG set in the world of Hogwarts. Performance on Series X is fantastic, pair with a higher frame rate display for a buttery smooth experience.
if you have even the slightest interest in the wizarding world then this game gives you everything you'd ever want and more. The open world exploration never gets old, discovering new corners of the map all the time. The spell casting is wonderfully intuitive and it is a joy to get into a fight!
This game is filled with quite a lot of missions, little side things to keep you engaged as you traverse the fairly expansive world. I quite enjoy the combat; the wand movements and spell casting are seamless and very fun to make use of. The story itself is pretty average but it honestly doesn’t matter, the amount of missions, challenges and enemies you face will keep you plenty engaged. Once you figure out the combinations and start powering up with gear it becomes much easier to engage enemies and more fun too! The game has an organic growth system which will see you learning spells and advancing in the game as you perform certain tasks. Ignore the 1 star reviews, I guarantee they're from fragile "activists" who don't understand that twitter isn't real life. Game is solid, only complaint would be that there's not more content to go through.
Bought this as delayed Christmas gift for son in law. From what I can gather this game has plenty to keep the gamer occupied in terms of side quests as well as the main interactive game. Decisions made impact the way the game proceeds. Good graphics, massive events area. All in all an excellent buy.
Game works perfectly and even came with the pre-order bonus despite being released 3 months ago. Got it in a bundle with an Xbox Series X which saved me ÂŁ30 so would definitely recommend looking for bundles from Smyths!
Such a fun game with amazing graphics and incredible detail. The game has a huge map and great storyline. I would highly recommend this game to any Harry Potter fans!
