I'm not a runner. I bought them as I have been doing long daily walks to help reduce weight and wanted something comfortable and grippy. I live in a rural area and use them on a varied type of terrain from rocky paths and open fell side to pavements and country roads. They have been perfect in all and I'm looking to buy another pair as these haven't been off my feet since I got them

The “tongue” piece of cloth under the string easily to get stucked not straight caused irritated.
Wanted the vibram sole. In a wet rainy area and want the non-slip sole. Have tried multiple Hokas but I think the simple white/grey is why settled for this shoe. The heel is a little loose in this shoe which gives the unstable feeling at times as others have mentioned.
It's comfortable. I love it very much.
Nordstrom sent used shoes in the box with no packing materials in the box. The shows were worn, tread run down and the inside of the shoes had a bad smell. Nordstrom made a huge mistake and simply called it an order fulfillment issue.
