The shoes just came in today and what a disappointment!! These were a gift and there is no way I am giving these to someone. Didn’t come in an original Hoka box. Has sharpie just written on a beat up brown box. And the shoes are completely used. They have black marks, scuffs and stains all over them. I can’t believe it. Shame on Dicks sporting goods. Will not be doing business again and absolutely returning them.

I bought them for my son and it was the only pair left. They are little big, but I am sure he will grow into them by summer. They are light and comfortable and the price made it a great deal. It is my son's first Hoka and he is impressed. Thank you, Dick's Sporting Goods!

This is my third pair. I originally liked them because they don't have an insane amount of cushioning like other models. After the second pair, I moved to try On Cloud. Now that I went back to Hoka, they feel a bit stiff in comparison, but they aren't bad, just different. I need to try them on a 20k run to really see how they feel. That's next.
Very comfortable lightweight running shoe that I bought for a backup shoe. On the first run I noticed that it had a very slightly higher stack height than I’m used to but I didn’t even notice it on the second run. They seem to be very comfortable on long runs. Lots of cushion without the added weight.
As I’ve aged past the half century mark these shoes have keep me running well where less cushioned shoes would have left me feeling flat. Sizing is true but they feel is a bit snug. I do have wide(ish) feet though.Cons are that they wear quickly - I usually need to replace by 400km if not sooner (in winter definitely sooner). Also this version (3) calluses the side of my big toe - we’re not talking a small callus either. This didn’t happen with the previous version so hoping they’ll fix this in the next.
One of the best shoes I've had the pleasure of wearing. They fit my narrow foot without any problems. They will be appreciated in the airport while waiting for the plane. My family is truly jealous. I'm looking at another style.
Great fit and lockdown. They are true to size for me. Good room in the toe box. I'm not a fan of the midsole. It's too squishy and bouncy for me. I don't feel like I get much energy return. Just squish. My other issue is durability. I have 37.5 miles on this pair and the midsole is already showing creasing and compression. The areas of the sole without rubber overlay is showing a lot of wear too. I plan on returning these and looking for something with a firmer, snappier ride for daily miles.
These are great. Like others have said they are very lightweight and cushioned but not in a way that it’ll change your balance. They are very stable and offer good traction on anything dry (haven’t gotten out in rainy conditions yet). I wear 8.5 in my Salomon shoes, I had to buy a 9 in this model as the 8.5 was slightly too small. The 9 is larger than what I’m used too but the fit and comfort are perfect. I honestly don’t want to run without them!
I hesitated for months on spending the money on these shoes. I have 2 friends that are runners and swear by them. My feet were hurting a lot and I was having other problems just walking throughout the day. These shoes are by far the best I have ever worn. For someone who is on their feet for 10 hours a day walking halls. I highly recommend a pair of these shoes.
