I loved these, in fact after getting the white pair I went back needing a black pair. While they are just as comfy I was disappointed that they aren't really black. I am not a serious runner, I am buying these for day to day - gym training, walking, and busy mom life. So I like to have something that looks good and feels good. Outside in daylight they especially look blue not black. I tried some of the other Hokas (e.g., Clifton 8, Arahi, Mach 4) which look black, but they didn't breathe enough and ended up making my feet feel sweaty and stuffy (and this was just walking around the store), they also seemed to be more narrow (though I have a standard width foot). Anyhow, for function these are amazing and appreciate the room in the toe box, just wish they'd make a ... MoreI loved these, in fact after getting the white pair I went back needing a black pair. I needed a good shoe to get me through my long runs. Current collection is not giving me enough and I have gigantic callouses on my forefeet. These shoes are completely different. Feel like I'm running with pogo sticks! Bouncing and lively strides. I'm hooked on Hokas now.

I bought these about 1 month ago. They were the only pair of Hokas in the store, as they were purchased online, but returned to store. There was no comparison to all the other shoes in the store. I have a boken/ screwed-back-together foot with a lot of pain. I had a custom orthotic made, but many shoes did not accomodate the orthotic comfortably. I wanted soft, but also needed support for an orthotic. This shoe fit the bill. I will now also be trying out the Hoka Bondi.

This is my second pair of Hokas. I LOVED the first pair. This pair is not made nearly as well. The exposed stitching on the tongue (on both sides) is causing irritation on my ankles. I think I’ll tear it out and try flying the pieces together. If I don’t, I won’t be able to wear them unless I wear long socks. It’s disappointing. My first pair did not have any exposed stitches, and was more comfortable. I’ll know to look for that next time and avoid styles with this tongue stitching. I do not recommend this style.
These shoes are fire🔥!! I brought the pink and purple ones, the colors are vibrant, and just make the shoes cool looking! I was hesitant to buy these, especially without ever trying this brand on before. I have been a diehard nike shoe wearer for over 20 years, but these shoes are the most comfortable shoes I've EVER worn! Sorry Nike, but I'm switching to HOKA. They are made well, and in my opinion are super light! I'm a nurse that works 12.5 hour shifts so imma bout to put them to the real test, but I am super excited, and satisfied (which is a feat in itself)! Alright HOKA!
I bought less than a month ago thinking I would love these. Being lighter, I thought they would be a good alternative to the Altra escalante's I had been training with most recently when I began transitioning to marathon training last year. I retired the Hoka Cliftons to being my 12-hour hospital shift shoe instead of the clunky training shoe they has begun to feel like as my training progressed. Sadly, these Rincons do not compare to the Cliftons! Less than three weeks in of not even wearing these shoes daily and I have different aches and pains in my feel, and the only change I can attribute to my training is alternating my shoes. Even a hospital shift in these shoes did not feel good.
I've been wearing Hoka for like 6 years. I've purchased many pairs over those years. This is the first pair that I was dissatisfied with. I couldn't even walk in them. They hurt my feet. Didn't feel like they had any cushion or support. I returned them
I bought these as I needed new shoes for vacation and walking around theme parks. These did NOT disappoint!!! So comfortable and my feet weren’t killing me at the end of the day! My other shoes would have given me blisters and these HOKAS were great! They are lightweight and dried fast if any water got on them. My favorite shoes!!!
I have been a brooks running shoe for several years. Due to back and knee pain along with a crooked style run, I tried out Hoka for more support. The first time I ran in these, it felt like running on air which I liked. However the tongue of the shoe was not super comfortable no matter how many times I adjusted it. I also wear these for orange theory workouts that consist of running, rowing, and weights. These feel extremely unsupportive in these activities and in fact really hurt the bottoms of my feet for weights and kill the top of my foot on the rower. I’m only a week into them and only wear them an hour a day. They have completely bruised the top of my feet. I’m passed returning them as I wanted so badly for them to be my perfect shoe. Walk at least 4-5 times a week. First time I put on felt so much added support. Almost felt like an additional layer on the soles. Second pair I bought and am sure there will be a third. Received wrong shoes and when i called representative so helpful, said probably put wrong label on box and immediately sent a replacement express shipping
