This hose is an absolute piece of s... and Bunnings should have removed it from their shelves a long time ago. The attachment from the hose to the tap had been removed and when I purchased it separately I was unable to connect it. There appears to be a part missing. If I had kept the receipt I would have returned it immediately. What a waste of money. $33.60 DOWN THE DRAIN. Shame on you Holman and shame on you Bunnings.

Felt like an idiot thinking it can't be so difficult to assemble, then realised there were parts missing (which Holman stated were included). And NO instructions! How do Bunnings continue to stock junk like this?

It's Rubbish! Seriously, don't bother. The winding mechanism is hopeless and the plastic handle spins on its ratchet. Took it back after 1 day.

Will be returning as it is absolutely crap. Internal connection point is so kinked that it's unusable, even a better quality hose wouldn't fix the problem. The reel is also crappy and hard to use. A dud in my opinion.
Bought this today and will be returning it. The box says hose connectors included. Well the parts required to connect to the tap are not. The box doesn't come with an instruction manual. And surprise surprise, the manual is NOT on the Holman website either.Bunnings should stop selling this product
Hav8ng never bought a hose and reel before when it said everything was included thst was what I expected. It does not include the tap to reel connector hose so I was unhappy straight awsy. Luckily the reel I was replacing (it no.longer worked) could be pulled apart. It took me a while to work out how to pull the other one apart and put it on the new reel and water leaks from the connection. It doesn't really wind evenly either. I am now regretting my purchase and should have read the reviews first but had limited choices available anyway.
Worst hose ever, kink at the point it joins the reel so can only be used when all 15mtrs are rolled out, no connection to tap, you basically need another piece of hose to connect this unit to a tap. Only good as a hose extension, nothing else. Looking for the receipt so I can return it.My best advice don’t buy this
Terrible product!!! No instructions, missing pieces, not user friendly. Should be removed. I have ultimately donated money to Bunnings and Holman
Who designed this? Was it road tested before production? Hose connector squashed into middle of the reel and remains kinked unless you undo the entire hose, so water flow totally blocked. Totally useless, returned the next day. Don’t waste your time
I'm so disappointed with this! Everything bad everyone else is saying about it is true, but my biggest problem is it leaks terribly. I tighten everything and it just loosens off again, poor quality in my opinion
