Seems to be sturdy but light and easy to mount and looks good. Came with no instructions for drill bit sizing. The leader hose when mounted gets kinked behind the bracket so now I have to go find some 90degree fittings for it.

Bought this product about 2 years ago and yesterday it blew apart while extending the hose with the tap turned on. Not fitted with a positive retaining device other than the pressure fitting on the hose connection. Not recommending this product.

I bought one of these from Bunnings for $39 Aus (Online price quoted is ridiculous!!!). Will be returning product to store for refund as the design is flawed. Snap on hose connectors at the rear of the reel are too large to allow room for the hose between reel and the backplate/wall mounting without kinking to a 90degree angle, preventing proper water flow and causing too much water back pressure to the house tap and poor flow from hose. Works fine if you want to have it sitting on the ground but useless if you want to hang it on the wall.

Really good to have..perfect fit for my patio..my puppy loves getting wet and play with the water
leaks no matter what. Tried to fix it many times. Fitting are poor quality
I’ve had this now for about 4 months and it’s made dealing with our garden hose so much easier. Before it would tangle and kink and generally be a nightmare to work with. I installed this and swapped out the included hose for a better quality one with no issues. It comes off a rack if you want to but have never had to do this. For the price, it does an excellent job. No leaks experienced either. Planning to get a second for the backyard.
Great product and fits flush to the wall
Got this as a present for Christmas 2020 absolutely love it. Doesn't leak and if it blows up in two years I won't care I just buy new one for 40 bucks
