It just sprays all over the place, tried adjusting the flow etc. but it has a messy spray.Contacted Holmans with feedback on this item & got a email back just saying my request had been they received and is being reviewed by our support staff, we will get back to you as soon as possible.That was nearly a week ago. Been very happy with all other Holman products prior to this one.

I bought this item couple of weeks ago. The outer plastic part is not centered. The water comes out from one side of the nozzle and some of it leaks straight down. At high flow setting, water keeps splashing backward on my hand. Hard to return due to lockdown.

I don't know how this can be advertised as "High Flow"It sprayed water out at all sorts of angles. Up, down, sideways and then when you finally adjusted it to a stream it was pathetic. You'd get more flow straight out of the hose with no fittings. Anywho I took the "O" rings off it and chucked it in the bin. I should have paid extra for a good one. I thought Holman was a good brand. Lesson learned.
