The designer did not intend this to be capable of withstanding a crash so do NOT expect any sort of durability! The main body wall thickness is 08 mm!!! Laterally!!! Its paper thin! The camera protrudes out the front no bumper no protection so it will be the first part to hit in a crash However it does fly great Very stable and I love the convenient return home feature The whole electrical system is very good but the chassis is as strong as an eggshell

I'm 68 and have been flying drones for almost 4 years This is the best drone Holy Stone drone I've flown! 8/31/24 I received the drone yesterday but couldn't fly it until today due to rain Today I had several flights that lasted 285 minutes Not bad for a 28 minute battery! The last flight was an automatic return because of low battery power The flights were perfect 9/2/24 had a few flights today The battery drained after about 21 minutes That probably because it trickled down after not flying for 2 days 9/3/24 had a few great flights and the battery lasted 29 minutes Although I had a charged battery I was able to charge it a little more today 9/4/24 had a few more flights today and the battery lasted 30 minutes! After experiencing an unfortunate flyaway with my former HS720 several people in the Holy Stone Club recommended upgrading to the HS600 and I am SO GLAD I took their advice! This drone is quite an upgrade! I have only been able to fly a couple of times since receiving it due to poor weather but the couple of times I have been able to get off the ground have been awesome! But being able to handle such winds will come in handy at the beach or in the mountains You’ll find that the drone is very stable in the winds and gusts that you’ll typically fly in An option within the App permits images to be captured at 4000 by 3000 pixels an advantage as it permits you to crop the captured images afterwards to get exactly the shot you want Video may be set to 27K at 30 fps or 4K at 20fps The 5x zoom is very useful The twoaxis gimbal helps deliver very smooth and steady cinematic video As a beginner I really liked the returntohome and autoland features There are several other automatic features making this a very intelligent camera platform All around it is a very solid performing drone very well built and an excellent beginner’s drone The only drawback is that this drone does not provide any obstacle avoidance although it does provide an altitude ceiling and a radius distance fence Its many advanced features will enable this drone to continue to be a favorite as you advance from novice to advanced piloting

This was my first Drone I purchased I have been flying RC Planes for so long but wanted to try something else I was worried that I may lose control of it and break it I will tell you that the drone was easy to set up and use Small issue with the camera but I got a hold of the manufacturer and Frank from Holy Stone emailed me immediately and helped me fix what was really a simple reset of my home WIFI! Very stable and great product! If your a beginner or advanced this drone is absolutely awesome! I wouldn't hesitate to get it! Happy Flying!!!

This is my first drone, so I am not comparing this drone to any others. That said, I find this to be a lot of fun and full-featured. It does everything it claims to do, including the distance--I've tried it from the beach (on land) sending it out over the lake. It's quick, great video quality, extras like "return home", etc., are terrific. Having two batteries has been great, as they last about as long as claimed, but by the time you're around 15 minutes it's warning you that it's time to return home--and it will automatically do this. Height is amazing (around 400 ft). Works great with my Android phone (the app is easy to use). Controls on the remote are user friendly. Carrying case is a nice plus. I spent entirely too long researching drones before I bought this. It was a purchase I now brag about making! This thing is amazing. The camera quality is better than I expected. The entire process of calibration, connecting my phone to the drone, flying every single thing is easy to do. It has more features than drones that cost twice as much. If you are worried about wind, DONT! We have high winds where I live and the stability of my video blows my mind. I can’t say enough good things about this little guy. I appreciated the thoughtful video that is easily accessible in the app that explains every detail. 100/10 will always recommend!

for my first "high" dollar drone it actually acts like a higher dollar drone. i did a little bit of research and this is the i settled on... glad i did. after about fifteen minutes of reading and learning controls i was flying and recording easily so much so i felt confident enough to hand over controls to my 14 year old. flew for about 30min with alot of battery left. so far fully satisfied. if this keeps up ill be buying a bigger and better one from holy stone... time will tell.

very easy to fly

i purchased the hs600 because of the gps features. i have owned 2 other cheaper drones in the past. this thing is very easy to setup and fly. the stability in the wind is awesome. i have taken mine up to 350 ft. and out to a distance of 900 ft so far. everything work great. video is more than i expected. as of right now I'm very satisfied with my purchase. wish i would've had this as my first drone...
