I have just tried it. it's HOMEDICS vibration neck massager with soothing heel. It has soothed my pain and stiffness but I realize that it's not just my neck but the middle part of the top shoulder that hurts. This will not help my back but it is better than a warm shower and heat patches which I am allergic too. It reminds me of the tens I pay for when I go to the physio for my neck. Only paid it 32 AUD at Myers, thanks to $10 reward.
