Very difficult to assemble. Our 16 year old nephew who is a budding engineer failed. A professional electrician with 40 years experience failed. Finally a lawn mower technician succeeded but still unable to use the whipper snipper as the plastic cap is stuck to try to get into the section where you wrap the line. Do not expect to assemble yourself from the box. Very challenging. Instructions confusing.

Great engine but let down by quality of the primer chain saw attachment which can come loose during solid usage. Suitable for light pruning only.

Very good product because they use very good material and I use it for 5 different purposes because they have 5 different tools. the only problem is waiting too long ( more than 2 weeks ).
Product appears to be of good quality and very sturdy. Was delivered within the timeframe promised.
Fantastic tool. Works great. Certainly made the trimming of heights alot easier. easy to use and not too heavy.
