We bought this treadmill to replace an old one. It is so stylish and gels well in our room as it is not overpowering in size. It is easy to use and fells solid. The design is immaculate. Make sure you request to be assembled. Highly recommended.
I've owned this treadmill for several months and find it little more than adequate.Quite limited operation with next to no instructions so a very poor compromise on our old machine.Technical backup is appalling and it arrived with at least two faults, caused by cheap quality componenets, one of which has still to be repaired. The engineers they send have never even seen this model before never mind know how it operates.
Great treadmill, let down by the fit display app which will not allow login, not sure it’s supported as other users report the same issue. It’s a shame as you can’t log training and progress with the manufacturers own software. Dealing with Gym & Fitness however was faultless, speedy delivery and regular updates, spoke to Damian to clarify some points who was friendly and professional throughout
