I studied the work of Paul Stamets prior to deciding on taking this particular Stamet 7 stack. There are many companies selling similar things but only one that the legendary Paul Stamets has put his name on. I have some pretty serious nerve damage and noticed a minor improvement after the first month of taking this. I'm not a specialist but I trust the research that was put into this combination of mushrooms and I believe Paul wouldn't have put his name on this stack if he didn't trust the sourcing of the ingredients.

I have been taking this mushroom powder for nearly 3 weeks now and I swear I could feel the benefits in the first week. I feel more productive, have more energy in general and I’m sleeping better already. Can’t wait to see what happens in the upcoming weeks. I put it in my coffee and it doesn’t taste bad. You can tell it’s in there as sometimes it can be a bit ‘bitty’ at the bottom. So I just give it a good stir half way though drinking too and this helps.I think the size of the container and the amount of servings you get for your money is definitely worth it. I will be buying this again.

I am already taking another brand of mushroom powder supplement, but wanted to compare, because this is the kind of supplement which has always interested me.This one tastes a bit more mushroomy, but not by much. It is completely palatable dry.I can't comment on efficacy yet, but the Stamets brand always comes with good reviews, so I remain positive.

Tried it 3 times and got a stomach ache from it each time. I did a little googling, and would suggest to google (or check on youtube) how to choose a mushroom supplement. Compare the label of the product with what you learn. For example, whole biomass is mostly the medium the fungi were grown on, so a lot of starch. Also, has the product been tested by a 3rd party laboratory for active compounds (the stuff you want) and what percent? That should be on the label...
I know its better to take at least 2 mushrooms at the time, here are 7! Taste is not that strong, so it doesn't change tastes of the food i add it into. Usually spring it over sandwiches or soup. Or, if forgot, just take a halfspoon straight into mouth and drink up tea or coffee.Hard to say about benefits whilst being sick, because i dont get sick lately🤠even when everyone is coughing around. hope thanks to this product ))
Quality seems ok I guess, if you’re after what it states and not specifically mushroom body. The packaging from these guys are usually ok. No benefit seen in immunity. Tasted weird and gritty, like eating breakdown products hahah. I wouldn’t expect this to do anything long term for longevity. But it’s got plenty of carbs, perhaps it can be used for energy
I have been taking this for awhile now and just ordered my 3rd container. I am not sure if I feel differently until I go off for a week and then notice I am not as relaxed. I take it along with extra lions mane in the morning with some water. It is tasteless and could be added into smoothies. This brand is excellent and recommended.
High quality extract from the mycelium (not the fruit body) which means it's more effective. Also, this mix covers the most important adaptogenic mushrooms for longevity and to fight inflammation. In my case it was a big relief for my gut health too. It's a bit pricey but in my view it's totally worth it
I was introduced to this product a few years ago and have frequently used it when I’ve been exposed to an illness or to alleviate symptoms once I am sick. It certainly seems to lighten symptoms when I do have them. Whether or not it has a protective effect against coming down with an illness is harder to say, but I did get more lax on using the product about a year ago, and then ran out completely about 6 months back, and my frequency of illness has gone up. Again, tough to say how much the blend is a factor, but there was enough of a correlation that I figured I’d stock up again.
