these are great. I am using them on my knee to ease arthritis. I bought them to take on holiday because I have a heat pad you can put in a micro wave at home. But because they stay warm for 8 hours I am using them at home if I am going to walk the dog, or off out. They are thin and 2 fit into my knee pouch, and they stick easily.

I have used these for years. I just ordered a new batch of 40 pairs and they are about 50% as effective as the previous batch bought a few years ago. They barely warm up now, maybe 20c the old ones were probably 40c and kept my feet warm cycling in zero degree weather. These new ones had my feet go numb within an hour. Very, very disappointing.

Couldn’t get out on my bike in winter without these! My tip is not to peel & stick …. Leave them loose because they stay put between shoe & sock…. when l stuck them the glue is strong & pulled my socks to bits!!!

These foot warmers are amazing. No more cold toes. I spend a lot of my day outdoors and these foot warmers are so easy to use and saving my toes from turning into icicles this year. Highly recommend.
Did not have to take my feet out of shoes to get air in, as someone wrote-heat was constant for up to 8 hours. BUT there is one BIG issue with them- it is impossible to take them out of shoes after use, they get stuck too firmly! Damaged my insoles whilst trying to get them out! Tried to use them without pealing off protecting paper from the stickers-that paper removed itself whilst in use, and again-stuck to my insoles firmly!!! 5 stars for the heat, 0 stars for damaging my insoles, so in average 3 stars. Al in all-would not recommend...
