I already own type Hot Tools Volumiser Dual set and love iit for days where I just want to dry my hair and go. As I have shorter hair I decided to add this brush to achieve more curl and style. It took about 4 weeks to arrive so I’ve only just received it and only used it once. I wasn’t able to achieve the same results as I can with a curling brush and hair dryer. I do need to play with it more to learn how to use it to its best, unfortunately all the promotional and review videos are women with very long hair and they don’t show technique. I like it that I’ve got a detachable tool with multiple brushes allowing me to quickly dry and style my hair.

I had the original brush where you couldn’t change barrels so I was really glad to get my hands on this. Overall I liked having the extra small barrel for my bangs and could even get some nice curls through the rest of my hair which was great. The clips were okay but I wasn’t thrilled with them or the Oribe products, so the value was *okay* as far as bundles go. I think I would have preferred a pomade or a holding product instead for my bangs/curls.

Can I just start with the packaging and all the little extras I got in this pack. WOW!! When I opened the box I couldn’t believe my eyes, the presentation for the tool is so luxe and I love my little extras they are so me. The tool is amazing and does exactly as described. I highly recommend this set to anyone. Don’t just get the tool get the whole deal as it is very well worth it. 💕

In the past years I have used a roundbrush and flat I earned my hair a lot. However I got this and I thought I've got enough time I'm gonna play around with my hair I haven't done that in years but it was so funny to not try to remember how I used to do my hair back in school. Surprisingly by the time I got done I had body all over my hair so I didn't have to curl it again. It gave me body it made my hair look more healthier and put a shine to it made my face look a little younger. I really had fun with this product. What highly recommended easy to work with very very lightweight very friendly the bristles weren't too stiff in your hair didn't hurt to brush through even when it was completely wet.
This attachment is great at giving you that blow out look and dries fast. The attachment is easy to use with the interchangable handle. This bristles are activated Refresh max activated charcoal which makes it great to use when you skip washes. It helps refresh day old washed hair and helps it look nice. It also has a Thermaglide ceramic coating that helps smooth hair and helps heat distribute evenly. This really helps with me smooth out my naturally wavy, frizzy hair and gives it the volume that I want. This is a great attachment if you are looking for a blow out at home.
I had purchased the Hot Tools with 2.4 barrel and didn't think I needed this. Just bought this 2.8 from Ulta and WOW. Gives a completely different blowout result! Both are beautiful. I also then had to get the paddle brush attachment. Love that one too! So great that HotTools dryer brush has interchangeable heads. and they're owned by the same parent company as Revlon (Helen of Troy) so the heads fit my Revlon Plus dryer brush as well! I returned the Drybar single shot and double shot. They don't hold a candle to Hot Tools as far as versatility, shine, performance.
Beautiful attachment for my long layered hair. I like the Classic round shape brush more than Oval shape, maybe I'm old school, but I found round brushes give more defined curl and flip for layered hair.Please Please ask your manufacturer to make a bigger round brush like 70mm Diameter, with stronger bristles for wavy & coarse hair like mine, I'm sure you will make excellent sales from selling that kind of brushes, especially for Middle Eastern ladies like myself with coarse and wavy hair. I have bought two replacement heads after receiving this product as a Christmas gift only a year ago. They last about three weeks (with every day use) until the plastic bristles melt and bend. Eventually, after about 4 to 6 months, the bristles will start to fall out and the head will become "bald" in some areas. This is one of my favorite hair products, as redundant as that sounds, but I cannot and will not keep spending money on replacement heads. Please consider relaunching this product after major quality measures have been updated.
I love this attachment. I have thin mostly straight hair with a slight curl to it when it is humid.In the past, I have avoided curlers because they get tangled so easily in my hair. But this tool attachment is different. It is semi round, semi oval in shape. It is very large and the brush part is spaced and designed not to tangle my chin length hair. It was so easy to use and left my hair shinny, soft, and smooth. It was also quick to use and not awkward at all. I also liked that it dried my hair faster then just blow drying my hair at random. This tool gives me a more polished look and its quick! It gave my hair a gentle curve and lift. The tool basically allows me to style, dry, and brush my hair at the same time.
I have short hair with a natural curl and I like to have some curl but this brush, extra small though it is classed leaves my hair straight. I also have the problem that I now have two extra small brushes as I thought my second purchase was a smaller bush but it is the same as my original purchase. Is it possible to return my second purchase for a refund. It is still in the original packaging.
