Bought this to try for lower back pain after heart surgery. I wish I was I went few days before purchased as I was forever refilling water bottle through night and its been so cold. I like the quick charge of 10-15 mins so not going to use electricity alot. Only thing is bit heavy so only going to use on back I just prop self up with the heat pack between me and pillow. Managed get a decent number hours of sleep after 2 weeks. Highly recommend.

I purchased one after being recommended this by a friend. It exceeded my expectations and so bought one for my parents and each of my adult children. All love it. Heated at night and used on the lounge etc, taken to bed to warm the feet up and by morning it's still warm! Easy to heat and ready in 15 mins and stays warm for up to 10hrs in the right conditions. Great for sore backs or aching muscles or just comfort.

*Heating element inside the heat pack is harder and larger than expected and you can feel it in the pack while using heat pack.*Does not stay hot for long, maybe 30 minutes. Won't reheat while still warm.*While inside the heat bag it is not hot enough to feel affected area ( I'm fat though).*Sounds like boiling water/sizzle when heating. Takes about 10 minutes.*Decent weight, less than a wheat bag of same size.*Decent size productWouldn't buy again.
I have loved these hotpods for at least 5 years now. I own multiple of them and have recommended them over the years as a fantastic product which lasts 8 hours or even longer in some cases previously. Due to my charger breaking on one of the previous versions, I purchased another one in 2022. I have found that although the product claims to hold for 8 hours, this version doesn’t remain hot as long as it’s previous models. I still recommend them as it certainly lasts longer than a standard hot water bottle and no mess to clean up.excellent for aches and pains after a long day or just to warm up.
Finally found the instructions (tip - they are inside the fabric cover of the hot pack) after already charging and using the pack but it's quite straightforward. Plug in (on a flat, heatproof surface) and the pack heats within 10-15 mins. The first time I didn't find it very warm but after the second time and a gentle swish of the liquid it was hotter. It stays hot/warm for longer than a wheat pack but the down side is it can't be reheated until it cools to a certain temperature so I still use the wheat pack while I wait.It's great for behind your back or even on your lap but the shape and liquid filling doesn't allow for popping it over your shoulder or round your neck.Overall, a welcome addition this winter.
I was tired of boiling the kettle and filling hot water bottles because every time I’d burn my fingers until I started using tongs. Then microwave bags that didn’t heat up as much as I wanted or else they would burn inside. Those no matter how useful I’m standing around heating them up when all I want to do is lay down.This is not bad, it as a hot water bottle with the heat, hear it boiling up. It says use a flat surface but next to me on the bed is fine since I can’t walk much while in pain. Pretty hot and lasts longer than a hot water bottle.Only down side is can only use one side since the charging connector on one side is not very comfortable.
Great product. You can have a hot water bottle, and reheat it without getting out of bed! Or off your warm spot wherever you’re situated No need for changing water. Safe for my6 y.o grandson. He reheats it himself now. It’s ideal.

His heat pack gets hotter than mine. Mine doesn't quite reach the heat I need it to. Also, his heat pack doesn't really have a scent at all, but mine has the most overpowering, terrible scent of garlic or neem oil. It smelled this way from the moment I took it out of the box, before I even heated it up. It's so strong that when I used it the first time the scent clung to the back of my top afterwards.I have to store it inside the box, in a closed cupbaord. i have been using hot pods for years for my endometriosis, but i think i’ve gone through about 4 just this year - they eventually stop charging, or the clip breaks. you can’t return to chemist warehouse if it’s been over 30 days since you purchased it. my last one has just broken and i refuse to purchase a 5th this year. really good product and love how how it gets - but definitely breaks easy.
