I weigh 117 and am a 36 D, the small fit me perfectly. The breast area is snug but I plan to see about a small alteration. It is definitely doable without the alteration. I left my arms out to zip up the side so it was around the small part of my waist not over my breasts and this made it easier to zip up and then pull up over my breats. I got this dress in the dark plum color and absolutely love it, I cannot see through the fabric in the lighting in my house, not sure about in the sun. I thought of wearing a similar colored skims underneath. I do have to get the dress length altered as I'm 5 foot 1 and it's still a little long with heals on. I'm excited to wear it to a wedding.

I listened to the other reviews on here and went up to a size large because I saw the dresses run small. The top of the large still felt like a small, has no support for your breasts at all unless youre maybe an A cup. On top of which the dress is entirely see through, no lining. Just two sheets of chiffon sewed together. For the price? an absolutely horrific waste of money I’m so disappointed.

I got this dress in the blue color to potentially wear for my brother's wedding. The design and style are so pretty and I actually kept it for a month before returning it due to how much I liked it. Unfortunately, the blue color is see-through in the sunlight - you can easily see the white tag along the seam and the complete outline of nipple covers. There is no way to wear any undergarments at all. Additionally, the fit around the chest area was not accurate and my boobs were smooshed which looked unflattering and made the zipper poke out in a weird way. The dress fit me everywhere else (size L+ 10-12 36D 5'8"). The slit was definitely high but I liked it and I wasn't in danger of flashing anyone. This dress was so lovely and sexy. It was a little revealing, but just the right amount. I would recommend sizing up for this one because CB is notorious for making their sizes a little bit smaller than the size guide. But overall, it was a great dress and everyone complimented it. One tip to keep in mind, it may be a good idea to buy a backless stick on bra for the bust. There’s no support in that area, but the bra works beautifully with the dress to add that support.
Gorgeous dress but inconsistent sizing. Tried a medium on in store which fitted perfectly, when ready to purchase there were none in store so bought online. The medium that arrived was more like an XS. Sent it back and tried again, the next one that arrived was bigger but still not as the original. Loved the dress but just couldn't get the sizing right.
The structure and fabric is very simple. I don’t think it’ll told up for a long time and it doesn’t have the form fitting properties of most cb dresses. I’m 36” 29” 35” 5’5” 132lbs 32DD and the neckline was basically a cowl neck on me. My boobs aren’t even small… I’d pay $50 max for this. The zipper folded over itself at one part so that makes me think I should try an XS instead of a S. The slit goes up to my underwear but the ruffles cover it
Overall, the fit is good besides the chest part. I’m not sure why they would add a seam in the middle of it. Very small in that area as well, def not medium fit but I had no choice as I had to attend a wedding the following day. I definitely loved the color more than I thought. My issue with this dress is its cost doest not match the value. The dress is see through, like literally. The fabric is thin and double lined, yet if you are wearing black panties underneath, it will show! House of CB knows how to make a good fitting dress for curvy girls, but they need to reevaluate their quality. Buy this dress on sale!
Bought this dress for a wedding, it’s fully see through, double lined with mesh. The stitching is extremely poor quality and not straight. The leg split goes well past undies line and the straps are wide enough to fall off your shoulders. bought a size M. Very disappointing for the high price tag.
Love color of the dress but unfortunately the straps are so thin it falls off and my chest barely fit in this dress. The slit is high so you can see up your undies with the wrong step. Will be returning as I feel this dress will need to be adjusted on a night out.
