I've been a loyal customer of House of Marley for many years with wired models and always been satisfied with the quality of the products. I bought the Champion earplugs about one year and a half ago and despite these earbuds being stylish, comfortable and providing a great sound, they started failing pretty quickly. After one month only I had issues with pairing, sometimes forcing me to reset the pairing from my phone settings, which is annoying and a waste of time when I never had similar issues with other brands (AirPods and OnePlus wireless buds). Then after 2 months the right bud started having discrepancy when charging, so after a full charge the left would be at 100% when the right was only 60%. And now I am at the point where the right is barely exceeding ... They should at least give an option to disable it. Will definitely avoid a new disappointment next time I'll be looking for new earplugs.

Just bought a pair for me and my husband and started using them immediately they are great and we both love them! They sound great, the battery lasts a long time, and we love that they are ecofriendly! The packaging is plastic free and they have a great project for Global Reforestation and Ocean Preservation. I also returned one to purchase my husband a black pair instead of the white pair because he was going to get them dirty being a mechanic and they were very helpful! They sent me the email for the return label on Friday and I ordered the new ones and they had the new pair out to me that Monday! Highly recommend their products! I'm excited to keep these for a long time and for helping support their mission I'm very passionate in!

I bought these earbuds for home use, I usually wear them while studying, so I can get up from my computer and walk around without having to unplug. At first I loved the sound quality, the range, and they’re overall quite comfortable. Unfortunately after about 3 weeks of using them, the right earbud stopped charging. They were covered under warranty, so I got a new pair. Same thing happened. So I tried one more time, and the exact same thing happened. I use them carefully and only at home, so moisture or shaking isn’t an issue. I have a pair of wired Marleys which have lasted me over 5 years, and I’m three for three on the right earbud with these. Something tells me there’s a defect in their manufacturing process.

I like that plastic has been avoided as much as possible - some sort of string has been used to help store the different size earbuds and paper has been used to wrap the earbud case in. I found the eco friendly manufacturing of this product to be really attractive as is the appearance and feel of these buds and their case. I’ve read some reviews saying that the fit is a little large but that hasn’t been an issue with myself or my teenage daughter. Ive worn them at the gym without any problem (tho I’ll admit I haven’t tried running in them). The sound quality is really great and the battery life is excellent, I’ve had a few days’ use out of the buds and the battery on the case is still on 75%. These have accidentally gone through the wash at least three times each and somehow they both still work perfectly fine. These things are indestructable. Only thing is after using for a few minutes they do sometimes start to slip out and they do also look a bit bulky but that may also just be my ears. Love how convenient the case is to carry in a pocket. Did have an issue at the beginning with them connecting as seperate devices but that was very easily fixed.

These puppies barely lasted 6 months. Loved the organic wooden approach but having an overly gravity heavy ergonomic design was an extreme oversight. You can buy BT earbuds off alibaba as samples that supply a longer life span and greater functionality than these. Marley has their gear in the right spot but their designers that made a top heavy design need to be fired. Really wanted to like these as I love the idea of sustainably made earphones however I've been so disappointed. After a couple of months of use the left earbud stopped charging and functioning completely and then around a month later the right one stopped charging properly and kept having connectivity issues. Followed all the advice I could find on the website and given by customer service to no avail. Also not intuitive at all to use, especially when connecting via bluetooth, and don't fit comfortably in my ears, despite sizing down the silicone cover, so they were constantly falling out. So frustrating!
