Just as described - good quality which is always delivered by Hozelock
A good quality product which does exactly what it is suppose to do. Prevents back flow even under quite high back pressures. I am using it on the outflow from an electric pump to a water well. It prevents back flow so the pump is always primed. Some might think the price is high, but I think it is worth it if you want a quality product. I cannot verify as to life expectancy of item as I've only used it for a couple of weeks, but no reason to doubt its long term life.
