This is a stout Chromebook. Just what I needed. We travel a lot and my last Chromebook developed a short in it because the Bottom of the unit was flimsy. This HP Chromebook fits what I needed. This unit works great. No problems finding my wifi. Easy to use. The keyboard is really good. The keys have large letters. Strong hinge. Would be nice to have one more USB-C slot. I have not encountered any problems with this Chromebook. We even hooked it up to our TV to watch movies. The movies never stop to buffer. Plus it gets updates till June, 2028.

The only reason I am not giving it five stars is because the power cable that was sent with it did not function. It took me a while to figure out that it was the cable and not the laptop. I didnāt get a refund because it was just easier and faster for me to buy one on Amazon. Anyway, you cannot beat the price on this chrome book with a touchscreen. It is an excellent value

I can't stay on budget in that placeš¤£. Wal-Mart is your everyday one stop shopping place that's forsure. š

The device was refurbished, not new, but the product listing did not include that information. The Chromebook shows obvious wear and blemishes.I am glad that the AC/DC adapter has a "figure 8" cable so I can use other cables to power this in other countries. The power connector on the Chromebook itself is a USB-C rather than a proprietary design.The Chromebook was shipped in a sturdy but compact cardboard box.
Good Points: The HP 11a G8 EE 11.6" Chromebook - AMD A4, 16 GB eMMC, Grey is an entry level laptop, storage can easily be increased by the addition of a micro SD card. There is also the option to decide which apps should be running in order to reserve resources. Quite a number of Android mobile phone apps can be run on this laptop including WhatsApp, anti-virus and cleaners, too. It could almost be used like a really big screen mobile phone.Improvement Points: Perhaps more USB sockets could be installed for data transfer for those concerned about bluetooth security issues and on that topic an ethernet socket to bypass WiFi hackers.

For the price invest a bit more into a proper laptop. I bought this to just do weekly shops or to watch YouTube and it genuinely struggles with that.

This laptop had Fast shipping and a great price! I was pleasantly surprised to find the charger was included as well. Thank you. It's perfect to use at home or at the airport for watching youtube, emails, surf the web that sort of thing. I would definitely buy it again. It does tend to kind of reboot or upgrade unexpectedly, but it's not like I'm doing remote work or something so it's doesn't really bother me at all. It also lets you use the tabs from the last session so it's easy to pick up where you left off. Enjoy.
